I called Rom regarding a washing machine needing repair late evening intending to just leave a message for the next day. To my surprise he answered the phone and squeezed me in to his full schedule the next day. He was extremely professional and gave me pointers on how to get more years out of my machine. I will definitely use his services on any future repairs with any of my appliances.

My 10 year old front loader washing machine wasn't working properly. I called High Quality Service and they were able to come evaluate it later that day. David is the owner/operator and he was great. Arrived when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the main problem. He inspected the washer and based on its good condition, recommended I repair it instead of replace it. He also taught us how to properly care for and clean the washer to get rid of that moldy smell. David ordered the parts and installed them two days later. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I will use High Quality Service Inc for all my appliance repair needs.

The repair and workmanship was excellent. David had to order a part which arrived earlier than expected and after replacing it he stayed for a whole machine cycle to make sure everything was working.

Great service. Arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and corrected it. No upselling. And our washer had a factory upgrade that he informed us about. Above and beyond the call for the info on the factory upgrade. We will definitely use in the future.

Mike, the business owner, answered my call this morning, made time to come by and doing a diagnostic inspection and do a same-day repair on our 10-year old Maytag washing machine. All elements of his visit and transaction were superb. He was most professional, a most refreshing experience!

Dave is great. He came out first and looked at our 10 year old washer that stopped working. He advised that we needed to replace it. We got a new LG top load washer and dryer, but Lowe's would not fully install the washer. Dave came back out and installed the new washer pan and washer for us. He is very precise, and very clean - all important things with the virus going on right now. He not only did the installation, but consulted on the best machines to buy, and then he finished the job that Lowe's was not willing to do on the final washer install. He is a former Navy vet - I would use him again if we need home repair without hesitation.

Quick initial response, arrived same day (Saturday 4/19). Quickly assessed the problem and told us the name of the part. We found the part online for $35-$75. We were called Tuesday and told the part would be $149 plus tax. We expressed our displeasure about the cost significantly higher than what we had found online. We were told the company guaranteed the work and would only use there own suppliers. Since we had purchased a $70 deal for this company, we felt we were stuck. The deal was $70 for $90 worth of labor. Upon questioning the price we were told the part was $119, but was marked up to $149"I got to make a profit". We offered to pick up the part to save the $30, but were told if we did that our $70 deal would only be worth $70 instead of $90. Oh and the labor was $150, it took less than 30 minutes to install the part. The part was finally ordered on Thursday and arrived Tuesday. The washer is in our rental home, which meant our tenant was without a washer for 10 days, way too long. In addition when the part was put in on Tuesday, we had to call the company back 1 time because some switch was not flipped and no water filled the tank. The company quickly came back and fixed this "glitch". Unfortunately, we had to call them back a second time that night because the drain hose was knocked loose during the repair and the washer drained on the FLOOR. The company came back with a shop vac and sucked up the water that was under the washer, dryer, stove and on the laundry room floor. I understand mistakes happen, but this was awful.

Service Pros

The worst experience with any repair service I've ever had. This company is contracted with my home warranty company to fix my washing machine. Before they were even scheduled, my home warranty company called Service Pros with me on the line to make sure they worked on a stacked washing machine- with a dryer on top. I also did my due diligence and contacted Frigidaire beforehand, the washing machine manufacturer, to confirm the type of unit; a side by side, front loading stackable, or a laundry center- a dryer connected to the washer below. Frigidaire confirmed that I had a front loading washer with a separate dryer on top. All this to say that when service pros agreed to do the work and collected my service call payment, they knew exactly what type of washing machine I had.. my warranty company told them, and set the expectation to either move or work around the dryer on top. Service Pros came out and determined the part needed to be ordered for repairs. No problem. The part arrived and we scheduled the repair. 30 min after they were supposed to be at my house, Aaron from service pros called to tell me that they'd have to reschedule because they didn't know that I had a stacked washer and dryer and that it was a two man job. I expressed my confusion because they had already been to my house and ran diagnostics on the washer, so how do they not know what type of washing machine it is?? Aaron then said and I quote, "I'm actually doing you a favor. It's your responsibility to give us free and clear access to the washing machine by removing the dryer yourself anyway. I've been doing this for 20 years and you're not my only customer so if you want my help we need to reschedule you. " I was appalled. The warranty company told them exactly what they were working on, they collected my money, and they messed up the appointment. We're all human and I totally understand the scheduling mix up but then to make it my problem and say that by doing their job that I've paid for they're doing me a favor? To be so rude and dismissive? When I told Aaron that I will be contacting my home warranty company and asked to speak with his manager he said, "I am the owner, thank you." And hung up on me. Needless to say I've since called my home warranty company to set up repairs with a competent, decent company. They were embarrassed that they even recommended service pros and that the owner had the nerve to treat a customer that way. We as homeowners are at the mercy of whatever company we hire to help us with repairs that we're unable to tackle on our own. It's not right for a company to collect payment, leave you hanging, and treat you like garbage. Save yourself the time and aggravation and avoid service NO's - I mean service pros at all costs. * They're listed on google as a swimming pool contractor but on Yelp as appliance repair.. with the same company name/ same phone number? Sketchy.

High Quality Service came out for a washing machine repair call on 1/18/20. He ordered some parts which he said would take 5-7 business days to get. That time has passed. I've tried to find out what the delay by phone, text and email but so far I have been ignored.

I should make it clear at the outset that my appointment for a washing machine repair was made through a phone number attached to Any Appliance in Henderson and my check was made out to Any Appliance. My receipt, however, seems to be issued from AAA One Stop Appliance Service on Silver Ct. in Las Vegas. Here is my issue: On 12/26 water was not entering the tub of my washer so I made an appointment with Any Appliance for 12/29. The worker came, stayed for nearly 90 minutes, and said the problem was soap buildup in the intake valve which he removed. The problem seemed to be solved. Three days later the water again was not entering the washtub. I called the number on my receipt, which was different than the Any Appliance number, and received no answer. I called the next day and made an appointment for 1/5 between 8 and noon. That was a no show. I called again and was told someone would arrive by 7 or 8 p.m. Again there was a no show and no explanation. Since then my calls have not been returned. In the meantime I talked one of my building maintenance workers into taking a look. He replaced the hose which evidentally was the problem all along. On my receipt it states there is a 90 day warranty for labor and parts. That won't do you much good if the worker does not return to fix his mistake. I do not know what relationship exists between Any Appliance and AAA One Stop but since my check was written to Any Appliance, that is the company ultimately responsible for this failure to complete the job. 1/10/15 Richard, I believe you repaired my refrigerator last year and you did a terrific job. However... My problem is not the $40.00. Mike did come out and do some work, even though the repair didn't take. My problem is that the person acting in your name made two appointments and never showed and never called to say he wasn't going to show. We then never heard from him again until yesterday when he had evidently been made aware of this review. I know he was busy while you were away because he was on the phone almost the whole time he was here, but there is never an excuse for one no show, let alone two. There is never an excuse for not completing a repair. I'm sorry, but perhaps you should find a more reliable substitute when you go on vacation. 1/15/15 The person who actually did (or rather didn't) do the work, who was the repairman subbing for Any Appliance over the Christmas holidays, has apologized profusely, returned my payment and brought me a dozen roses. I think everyone learned their lesson. Any Appliance only bears responsibility in that they allowed this man to sub for them. He is not an employee in their hire.

He ordered the replacement drain pump and installed it two days later. He responded initially and later at the stated time, he was on time. He also solved a minor problem with our dryer by replacing the dryer vent hose. I would not hesitate to highly recommend him and AAA one stop appliance service. AAAAAA+++

Recent Review: I ordered the parts from Electrolux, paid $196 for parts. Aaron Ferguson came out from Service Pros and he charged 89 for visit and installed it. No additional charge. Timely and courteous and knowledgable. Another place in town wanted $200 to come out and install. This installation took about 15 mins. I was very satisfied with Service Pros.
