Recent Review: Excellent. Did the work in just under three days. Paul, the initial contact, was great, easy to work with, and understood our concerns. Our house is 31 years old with missing tiles and roof leaks around the chimney(s). Didn't need a new roof; replaced broken/missing tiles, new vents, metal flashing, resealed vents, pipes, and flues. Price was VERY reasonable. Workers were professional, efficient, and courteous. Would highly recommend (although it hasn't rained since the work was completed...but I'm confident)!

Dallas and his associate arrived on time for the estimate and gave me some options which I ended up going with, actually improving my entire project. For the actual install, workers arrived on time, actually a bit early, and completed the work in a little over 4 hours. Communication through the whole process was A+, always responding to phone calls quickly and for the most part, I heard from them through email and phone calls before I had to initiate the call. They anticipated my questions! For any other roof related work, I will always use Source 1. Would highly recommend their work!!!

Recent Review: I had water damage from a leaking bathroom skylight that had progressed over more than ten years. Family medical priorities resulted in foregoing repairs for too long, hence my homeowners insurance would not touch this. My wife's illnesses were severe enough that I could not consider getting the work done without further complicating her conditions. When my wife passed away in April, I made the decision to proceed with the necessary work before any further damage occurred. My son-in-law recommended Ute Construction, because he had personal good relations with them, and he assured me they were top notch professionals. I let them know that I was paying out-of-pocket for the work. Mr. Ed Mahoney of Ute Construction came by, looked it over and offered to work with me on restoring my bathroom and working with me on costs. Ute and their associated subs were extremely professional, and the work progressed in a timely manner, with a few small delays, which are expected anytime there involves subs and materials. I cannot overemphasize the professionalism and quality of work. All the workers were friendly, helpful and involved me in every step of the way. They did not cut corners on work quality or materials, but did streamline the costs for me, which is very much appreciated. I would recommend Ute Construction to anyone who wants quality work, a fair price, and results in a timely manner. I was very lucky that my son-in-law recommended Ute.

Recent Review: Crew showed up early in the day and worked for almost five hours straight without stopping. They were efficient and knew what they were doing. They brought all the supplies needed and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, a very good experience. Hoping I have no more problems with leaks in that area of the roof.

Recent Review: These guys were great. After a particularly bad week of rain. my roof developed a leak. They were able to come out, quickly diagnose the problem and issues, and give me a quote. I had the work performed the following month. The workers were right on time, and finished the job about 2 hours sooner than they quoted me. I'm extremely satisfied with the work performed and the professionalism of Jay (The company owner) and his team.

Recent Review: Arrived on time. Inspected the roof. Replaced 3 broken tiles. At my request he inspected the roof mounted pool solar heater. Painted all roof vents and sealed as necessary. Cleaned the roof valley. Cleaned up after the service was completed.

Recent Review: He came to check out the roof and let me know I just needed repairs, not a whole new roof. It took them a day and they fixed my roof. They were great, came when I was at work and when I got home, my roof was done! Great job!

Recent Review: Peter removed roof tiles over problem area. He cleaned out area and sealed a small spot. I asked him how much I owed him and he said that I owed him nothing. Besides the great price, Peter was very friendly and a gentleman. So of course I would recommend him.
