The tile/grout cleaning was great. We asked them to repair some grout that had come loose in between some highly-trafficked floor tiles. They removed some of the surrounding grout in preparation for adding new grout. A thin layer of new grout was applied on top of the old grout. Where large portions of grout had been removed, only a surface layer of grout was installed on top. As they left the job, it appeared to be fine. Within 24 hours, the grout was beginning to break free. After a week, the whole scene was far worse than when we started - mostly because they and quot;repairedand quot; well beyond the originally damaged area. I contacted them about it and will say that they were willing to come back and make another attempt. I was reluctant anyway, since this was clearly a job that was outside their area of expertise. After some scheduling delays (first attributable to having a and quot;long weekand quot; and then to another job they got offered where the customer was paying for gas - the kind of unprofessional approach that ultimately earned them a C for professionalism), we were tired of the rapidly decaying grout situation, the delays, and the unease at the thought of prolonging this project with someone who may not be able to finish the job. They're nice enough guys, just don't let them do any repairs.
