Prestige roof delayed the repair by a week and a half since they were booked up. Repair work guaranteed 5 years. Had to wait to get an estimate (about 3 weeks) and the work done (about 10 days from original schedule, which was 3 weeks after estimate provided) but am very pleased with the repair. Applied a temporary patch to roof when serviceman came for the estimate. Stopped the leak with the patch, which was appreciated since the repair date was a month away.

PRS Professional Roofing Service
They destroyed my cameras that were mounted to my roof. They worked on my house when I was out of town. I came back to all my cameras laying on the ground and the cables were all severed. I spoke with Gary many times but all he wanted to do is argue about it. This was a very bad experience!

Peter of A&P is Great! He came out , took the time with me, told me how much it would cost. We scheduled a date to do work. He was on time and finished the work that day like he said he would. I asked him to check the the overall roof to see if I needed any other repairs. He did and made some minor repairs but didn't even charge me. I would highly recommend this company.

Started great- Jeff the person who came to do the bid was prompt, personable and professional. He took the house plans with him to help prepare the bid. After that it ended. I was to receive a call with the estimate from someone else. 1 week , nothing, called and left message. 2 weeks , nothing. Called and left another message- nothing. Next I called Jeff on his cell and he answered right away. Was surprised and embarrassed I had heard nothing. Promised to call the boss and call me right back. He did, but with the news the boss decided at some point not to go forward. No real explanation. He will bring the plans back. Company has high ratings- maybe if you're lucky to be selected- I wasn't and it was probably a $40,000 job. They wasted my time and precious weeks waiting to fix our roof.

Very good. The work was done quickly, professionally, before and after photographs were provided, they tested the roof by dousing it in water for 20" - with no leak (Yippee!). Very affordable and I have signed up for their annual maintenance service.

I had the work performed the following month. The workers were right on time, and finished the job about 2 hours sooner than they quoted me. Recent Review: Crew showed up early in the day and worked for almost five hours straight without stopping. They were efficient and knew what they were doing. They brought all the supplies needed and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, a very good experience. Hoping I have no more problems with leaks in that area of the roof.

Recent Review: Came out gave estimate and scheduled the service. After the repair was done the first time it rained again and they came back and repaired again (The guy said they repaired the wrong spot so he determined where the water was getting in and repaired that spot at no extra cost). they said they would send me before and after photos of both repairs. I am still waiting. It is now March and I have requested them more than twice. No response.
