We had the driveway leveled all the way to the back of the property. 702demo arrived early and worked straight through until the job was finished. They really explained the process and the best ways to work the slope. Very good crew and will be calling them again if we need another job done.

They were good. They were easily accessible and got back to me on time. There is some more work to be done, especially with the drainage, which they do not do. I always asked them to meet my surveyor, but, they asked him to come on Saturday morning, which is something I don’t like. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

All in all things went very smoothly from start to finish. All the dead leaves were removed from the yard, the sprinkler heads were removed and the water capped off at the valve. The excess dirt was excavated and hauled off, a layer off chalk was laid down and the turf was cut and secured in place. The team did an excellent job from start to finish.

We know we hired the right general contractor as you maintained personal contact with me throughout the entire job. You kept us informed on what's going on, when it would happen, when each step was completed, and never once was your staff late or part of the project failed to meet our project time-line. We were very impressed with your attention to detail by both you and your staff. Every day your staff cleaned up the job site and kept everything picked up. This to me had great value as it shows you care for your customers' personal residence and treat the job site just as if it was your own home. We have recommended you to several of our friends and neighbors, along with passed out several of your cards with nothing but the highest marks in customer service for a great product at a good price. This is one occasion we can say it has been our privilege to be your customer and we wish you and your staff nothing but greatest success as you grow your business. If you maintain the level of customers with all your customers as you did with us you will have a job list for miles.

It went great. They were absolutely great to work with: efficient, expert, communicative. Importantly, they have great sub-contractors all of whom were excellent. All work was accomplished in a timely manner. They were very communicative all along the process. I have nothing negative to report. I am extremely satisfied with the work and the experience. I have already spoken with them about the next thing I want to do to my home. I give them the highest recommendation I can. Great work and nice folks.
