Las Vegas Porch Repair

Porch concrete was pitted and scaling. Had a new brick paver stone walkway installed from driveway to porch. This made the porch look even worse. Needed something to spruce up the porch. Pebble Stone was the perfect answer. Super strong thick (1/2 inch) topping. Matches the colors in the pavers almost exactly. Highly recommend this company and product.

A proposal was written by the estimator (John Porreca) on his first visit. It was less than a week before the work was done. The follow up was prompt and additional work was scheduled at no additional cost. I’m still waiting for proposals from several other contractors. AICS is outstanding.

Excellent. Anson was polite, professional, punctual, and provided proper patching, of the porch light pot. Best alliteration I could come up with at this time. He did a good job. Will call them again.

Ken was a very professional handman, his work on the drywall was outstanding. The only problem was the cleanup. With drywall, paint and winds, there was paint/drywall all over the place. He cleaned the best he could, but there are still some areas that have residue. There were some initial problems with the outlet, it appears a wire broke after installation. Ken called another guy out and they resolved the problem. Overall excellent job, and came in about $50 under estimate.

After the purchase of our house, we needed several things done: remove a wall between two bedrooms to make one large master bedroom, create a walk-in closet, and create a laundry space on our first floor. We initially found TCG by pulling the permits from the previous owners to find out who it was that did an amazing job at finishing the basement of our new house. We've have also used The Curtice Group to renovate our front porch- we were very happy with the results. We are in the process of using them again to renovate a back porch into an office, renovate two back steps, and other maintenance work. We've always been very happy with the work done by The Curtice Group- we highly recommend!

I contacting Celebrity Patios for an estimate to replace my back porch. We scheduled an appointment within the next few days and he arrived on time. When we begin discussing what II wanted, he took the time to explain the differences in the type of patio covers. He explained what I was looking for was not a patio cover but a multi-level back porch with a deck,. Unfortunately, it was not what his company does since it would be classified as construction. My project was an continuation of our existing roof line with a matching 2 level porch with stucco and roof tiles. I can't tell you how polite and friendly he was. He didn't have to take the extra time to help me understand, but he did. I would recommend him to friend and family for the simple fact that his customer service was superior in every way.

I met this company at the Las Vegas Home Show @ Cashmen Center February 22, 2013. I was looking for an honest, experienced company to replace an existing veranda on a recently purchased home. I scheduled a estimate for work for 03/06/2013. On 03/05/2013, I was away from the home and my adult child took a message from this company confirming our appointment for the following day. He asked if they would need to speak with me about this confirmation, and was told no. This morning I was on a business call and call waiting showed that Perfect Homes was calling in. I completed my call, and returned the call to Perfect Homes ( this was less than 2 minutes later) the answering machine picked up. I did not leave a message, assuming ( my mistake) that they would call back if there was a problem with our appointment. I continued to try to call 7 more times, and a 1:30 pm ( my appointment was scheduled for 1 pm, the company was a no show) Eric answered the phone. I don't understand the reviews on this company? My telephone experience was less than professional. Eric informed me that he will not come out to a customers home without confirmation. I explained that they had confirmation the previous day. He said that he had tried to call this morning, when I explained being on the other line, and attempting to return the call throughout the day, he offered no explanation as to why no one answered the phone. The statements made to me by phone were arrogant and less than customer friendly. His view is that he will not waste his time going to a customers home for an estimate, unless he receives confirmation to his satisfaction. This man apparently values HIS time, convenience, and schedules above those of his customers, as I took the day off from work to be here for the estimate. I further wanted to state that I called Eric to give him the opportunity for a second chance to do the work on my home, being aware of misunderstandings, and believing in second chances. However, he was completely unapologetic, arrogant, and unreasonable. This experience was only by phone for an in home estimate!

He was very, very sloppy with the painting. I had to clean paint off the floor inside the door and off the doormat and cement front porch. I had to call him back (no charge) to fix the screen that hadn't been hung properly.

The were professional and punctual. The work was generally good. The sliding glass doors work well. However, the trim work is just acceptable.

Matt was great. He came on-site to assess the repairs needed and submitted a quote quickly. He was able to schedule the work at a time that fit my schedule. His eye for detail and his ability to adapt when he met a few unforeseen obstacles was appreciated very much. Very professional and very capable. I had originally hired another company who showed up with the wrong materials. I'm so happy Angie's list had Matt's company rated highly. It's a well deserved rating and we'll use him again. In fact, he's already getting another quote for me.

The stamped concrete in our backyard is beautiful and Floortastic did a great job on our porch as well. Stamped concrete is cheaper than rock but it looks like individual colored rocks inside a smooth glaze and lasts forever. I am pleased with the design we chose and the installation process was done professional in a timely manner. Scott from Floortastic did a fabulous job and we are pleased with the customer service we received as well.

The job was accomplished in several stages. The workers who did the footers and concrete work were very professional and showed up on time. The framers were also professional and did not play loud music or make the family feel uneasy in anyway. The workers who did the stucco also was very professional. The company rep (Gary) came by to QC the work and progress. The work was excellent.

Oren and team just did a full rebuild of the porch of our 1925 home. The proposal process was great, and crystal clear, with good options which showed he listened to our needs. Oren gave us updates throughout the process via text, sending me photos when he needed my input. The guys on his team were professional and on time every morning, and did a few extras just 'cause it made it better. Once the old platform was removed, we discovered that the frame had been "creatively" repaired in the past and needed to be rebuilt. The additional work was transparently priced, done quickly, and very sturdy. The final product is beautiful and will last a life time. And it was done on schedule.

I was on a tight schedule that day and was very pleased when they arrived at the promised time. I showed them what needed to be done and they promptly got to work. All requested activities were completed as requested and within the assigned time.

The porch entrance over the portico is considered a vertical service, which they said they don't do, but when I brought it to their attention, they came out the next day and washed, chipped and epoxy coated that area as well. They even asked me to make sure that it was cleaned to my satisfaction. I've used them before, and I will continue using them. They use a credit card to secure the job, but they always call once the job is done to make sure the job is done well, and that crew cleaned up after themselves before they ask to run the final credit card charge.
