I met this company at the Las Vegas Home Show @ Cashmen Center February 22, 2013. I was looking for an honest, experienced company to replace an existing veranda on a recently purchased home. I scheduled a estimate for work for 03/06/2013. On 03/05/2013, I was away from the home and my adult child took a message from this company confirming our appointment for the following day. He asked if they would need to speak with me about this confirmation, and was told no. This morning I was on a business call and call waiting showed that Perfect Homes was calling in. I completed my call, and returned the call to Perfect Homes ( this was less than 2 minutes later) the answering machine picked up. I did not leave a message, assuming ( my mistake) that they would call back if there was a problem with our appointment. I continued to try to call 7 more times, and a 1:30 pm ( my appointment was scheduled for 1 pm, the company was a no show) Eric answered the phone. I don't understand the reviews on this company? My telephone experience was less than professional. Eric informed me that he will not come out to a customers home without confirmation. I explained that they had confirmation the previous day. He said that he had tried to call this morning, when I explained being on the other line, and attempting to return the call throughout the day, he offered no explanation as to why no one answered the phone. The statements made to me by phone were arrogant and less than customer friendly. His view is that he will not waste his time going to a customers home for an estimate, unless he receives confirmation to his satisfaction. This man apparently values HIS time, convenience, and schedules above those of his customers, as I took the day off from work to be here for the estimate. I further wanted to state that I called Eric to give him the opportunity for a second chance to do the work on my home, being aware of misunderstandings, and believing in second chances. However, he was completely unapologetic, arrogant, and unreasonable. This experience was only by phone for an in home estimate!
