Las Vegas Plantation Shutter Installation Companies

When we bought this house new four years ago, we had Sunburst Shutters install plantation shutters on only three windows, the same three that had plantation shutters in the model home. At that time, I thought it was pretty expensive but we were pleased with the quality of the shutters, as well as the professionalism and punctuality of their personnel. Just recently, we decided to have more plantation shutters installed. They matched the original ones perfectly. We have three small glass cube windows in the master bathroom that required some type of treatment; we decided on plantation shutters. We removed the custom draperies in the master bedroom and had Sunburtst Shutters install plantation shutters on the sliding glass doors. They are terrific -- really bring the backyard inside. We also removed the decorative curtains in the guest room and had Sunburst install a plantation shutter. For the bid, they arrived on time. They were polite and professional. They told us that we can now get a tax credit for the cost of the installation, up to a certain dollar limit. The day of the install, they arrived right on time. They worked quickly and efficiently. They too told us about the tax credit. They didn't make or leave a mess either time. I think they've dropped their prices, probably as a result of this horrible and prolonged recession. The shutters look terrific. In another couple of years, we will have them back to do the remaining doors and windows. I don't have a single complaint -- and that's something for me. I am critical.

After calling for an apointment, the sale man arrived on time and brought a variety of samples. He was polite and informative. He was not pushy and took all measurements during his visit. He was able to provide me with a written estimate on site. I was able to haggle with him (a little) and I had a coupon that was honored without any questions. The price we were able to agree on was the total and there were no hidden fees. They were priced a little higher than other companies, but there warrantee is far better then anyone else. The installation was about a week earlier than promised, which was nice. The installation crew was on time and prepaired to work. They were polite, worked fast and cleaned up after themselves. The windows look great I recommended them to other family members who have also had work done by them.

Let me start out by saying that the shutters we had installed are BEAUTIFUL. I am so pleased with the product and service we received from A Touch of Class Window Coverings. They were fantastic. I say this because the sales person, Suhair Sayegh, came out to our house and sat with us for some time helping us to decide the frame size, color and shutter depth. She never once rushed us or pressured us into a decision. Once we paid our deposit we soon received a call from Diana to set up our appointment to measure our windows. This is where the awesome part comes into play. When we placed our order Miss Sayagh contacted us to make sure this is what we ordered. She even came by to make sure we understood this is was what we wanted. After all this was a big order , price and project size, as we were having the whole house done. Once our order came in, holiday time none the less, Diana contacted us to set up an appointment for installing the shutters. She worked diligently with us to get the time that worked. After the product was installed Miss Sayegh made a point to contact us to see if we were pleased. She even made time to stop by to see the work done. She noticed some flaws that I didn't noticed and made a point to contact the office to let them know there were some adjustments needed to be done. I soon got a call to get those items fixed. This is a prime example of a company and a team of employees that makes sure you are completely satisfied with the product and service. I decided to call them for an estimate for two reasons. The first that they have been in business over 30 years and are widely known and secondly they had no complaints on the Better Business Bureau website, From the first meeting to get an estimate until the day of the actual installation I had no problems. Everything went so smooth. I was already familiar with the type of plantation shutters they offered because I had the same type installed in my old home in another state by another company. They may not be cheap but I didnt want any problems later on in the years to come. So choosing a company thats been around and using a product you know will not change color years down the road is well worth every dollar. Also they give you a LifeTime Guarantee on the shutters.

I feel they did an excellent job. The shutters make a great big difference in my home. They really cool the house down tremendously and for some reason, it leaves a great feel of security behind. I am very pleased with the outcome and the workers who did the work. I cannot pinpoint a price at the moment, but I will say they were rather cheap. I called a few people for estimates and they were the cheapest.

MAN CAME TO MY HOUSE AND GAVE ME PRICE AND TOLD ME CLEARLY 3 WEEKS TO GET IN AND INSTALL. I CALLED TODAY AS CLOSE TO THREE AND HIS GIRL AND HIM TOTALLY DENIED THEY EVER SAID THAT AND STATED 5-6 WEEKS. THEIR ENTIRE ATTITUDE WAS SCREW THE CUSTOMER. I SAID I WANT TO CANCEL AND WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THEIR REPLY WAS SEE YOU IN COURT. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CORRUPT PEOPLE.

We've had them do our shutters before and they are like the biggest shutter company in Las Vegas. They are good. They are a big name and a lot of people like them. We used them before in our other house and the shutters still look good and that was 7 years ago. They are great. The pricing was good as well as the products.

I called Bugsy's to get an estimate on shutters for my entire house and a roman shade for a small bathroom window. Rafael came out for the estimate. He was very nice and had great recommendations for shutter and trim size. We hired them and used their 18 months 0% finance credit option. The shutters were done in about 3 weeks. The installment took about three hours and 2 guys. They were very professional and clean. We had a couple odd shaped windows that the shutters did not fit so they took them back for an adjustment and were reinstalled in a couple days. Bugsy is a great company with a very knowledgeable staff. The shutters exceeded our expectations.

Very good experience overall. Sales representative was knowledgeable and professional. He knew his products and helped me select exactly what I needed. Installation was great. Took minimal time and the clean-up afterwards was wonderful. Blinds and shades are doing exactly what they were represented to do.

After the initial quotation, Alan visited twice to take measurements and make sure my requirements were met. Adjustable paper privacy-shades were put on all windows. Delivery time was 8 weeks, and the order arrived in the warehouse on the same day that I had to go on a business trip. Alan and Rita kept the shutters until my return, and then they were installed immediately. Installers were quick and professional. The shutters are beautiful. I am very pleased.

We could not be happier with the product and service we received from Sunburst Shutters. The salesman and installers always showed up on time (even a few minutes early). They were very courteous and respectful of our home and our time. The shutters are beautiful! Not only to they block out the sunlight, they give the house an upgraded finish. You may be able to save a little with another company, but with Sunburst you know you will get a great product in a timely fashion.

We were very pleased with the person who came to do the estimate and the people who came to do the installation. My son was so impressed because he was expecting it to be a whole morning episode, but, they were in and out within 20-30 minutes. They knew what they were doing.

Home Depot provided me with good service and I really enjoyed dealing with them as my wood shutters look terrific on my windows. They hung them evenly and didn't damage anything on the windows. I was impressed with the sales staff and the installation crew and thought this was a very timely job through and through.

Alina was great to work with and she really help us understand out options. We actually had most of the windows done back in April then finished with two others mid August. So we were happy to go back to them for the final set of windows. Highly recommend working with Alina.
