Las Vegas Outdoor Lighting Repair

I love this company. They do a fabulous job every time. The repair took about an hour - they were on time. They were able to find the problem immediately. Some bulbs were burnt out, the timer was set improperly and one of the lights was bad. They installed a new light, changed all bulbs and re-set the timer.

I am very happy with the service priced. I initally contacted the provider to fix the wiring for two ceiling fans. He succesfully troubleshooted the problem and installed two new outlets for my first service. Due to the great service I received, I used the service again to install two outdoor ceiling fans, landscaping lights, outdoor lights and to rewire faulty electrical outlets. The Cordan electrian was always on time, very professional and I always new the price before the job started and it never changed. I would definitely use this service again and again.

I called Top Notch to ask about having two landscape lights repaired. Rob Ruan and his assistant were at my house within an hour and diagnosed the problem almost immediately. One light was fixed on the spot; the other required replacing a small length of wire which they didn't have on their truck. Rob suggested I buy the wire myself to avoid up-charges. He gave me a sample of the wire and told me how much to get. Unfortunately, I misplaced the sample and none of the choices at the store looked correct to me. I called Rob saying I didn't want to make a mistake and he happily offered to pick up the wire for me. He and his assistant arrived right on time for the second visit, replaced the wire in minutes, and asked for a broom to clean up after the digging. And I was only charged exactly what the wire cost. I was glad to give him a little extra because I was so pleased with their service. I've already recommended Top Notch to a neighbor and will definitely call them when I'm ready to install some new interior lights. I could not have been happier. There was even a 10% discount on the first visit because I'm an Angie's List member.

Amazing. I called and they came over in 2 hours. I've had two handymen come over who couldn't fix the lights after 2 hours. I figured it would also take about 2 hours for Cordan. The electrician sent by Cordan fixed both lights in 10 minutes and then asked what else he could do. I was paying a fixed price so I should give him more work. That is what I call AMAZING customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend Cordan. Just a wonderful experience.

Very Well he was on time to my home. They were very careful not to damage anything. Clean up was completed before they left. The Owner was nice and careful not to damage anything. The results were successfully completed in the time 4 hour time I purchased. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a electricial needs!

When Mitch gave me the estimate for the work, I was a bit surprised at the amount, but considering the work to be done (about 16 lights and all cabling over a quarter acre), felt it reasonable. I purchased the light my self. The work was scheduled for a Sunday! and the crew, Mitch leading, showed up early that morning. We went over everything including remounting the transformer. Turned out one of the lights was bad and I went and replaced it (buying a couple of extras at Mitch's suggestion. The work went well, with them listening to me when I had questions or changes in the placing of the lights. They were finished by late mid-afternoon. When the lights came on at night, I was really pleased at how they look. I highly recommend Perfection Landscaping for this type of work.

I called to make an appointment for someone to come out, look at my situation and give me an estimate on some outdoor lighting. The guy on the phone, whose name I cannot pronounce, started questioning me. "Are the lights outside?" "Did you replace the bulbs?" "That's usually the problem." He wanted to troubleshoot the problem on the phone instead of coming out to actually look at my lights and see what I needed. It's no wonder they offer free estimates, they won't even look at the job and give you an estimate!

Mitch was punctual and informative. He did not needlessly waste time and got my system back and running as required.

Great service! Tino fixed two lights I hadn't been able to fix myself and replaced a solar light on my front lawn that put out very little light. He put in a stronger light and boy, did that tree stand out. Love it! Will definitely call Tino again!

Excellent service, Kevin came out within an hour on the weekend and diagnosed the problem replacing switches and breaker including power supply to landscape lighting.
