Tom was the ONLY provider (out of 3 that I called) that returned my call. Two of the providers that I was able to get on the phone would not install the product (I purchased the product from Lowe's) unless I had purchased it from them. Jeff (the installer) was on time on Monday morning & did all the prep work (removing old product, scraping the old adhesive from the concrete). Jeff & Ryan came on Tuesday, removed all the baseboards (I painted them but had the option to not paint and they would rehang them as is) and laid all the flooring in all 3 areas. Jeff and Ryan returned on Wednesday, rehung the painted baseboards and did all the finishing work (rolling the floor with a weighted roller). I had given Tom a deadline of Thursday afternoon to be finished as I was leaving town on Friday morning. Jeff and Ryan were finished at approximately 12:30 pm on WEDNESDAY (and that included bringing in all the furniture from the garage-including my Yamaha piano)!!! Tom came over and did a walk-through before Jeff & Ryan left and to get a verbal from me on how I felt about the job. I was so happy with my new floor that I asked Tom to schedule them to come back and do my kitchen and downstairs bathroom. I would use them again and again as I am very picky when it comes to customer service. Both Jeff and Ryan were very personable and Jeff asked me questions during the process and made suggestions along the way. Great people to deal with and the their work is excellent!!!

The installation guys were right on time. My old flooring was in good shape, so they were able to lay the new flooring on top without having to remove the old flooring. They had both rooms done in about 4 1/2 hours. Clean up was great. I would not hesitate to use them again.

A guest bathroom and bedroom and my husband's den/TV room were remodeled. Worn and dated vinyl flooring in the laundry room and a second bathroom were also replaced. During the product selection phase, James and Anthony were very helpful and patient with me as I made my choices. They suggested a vinyl plank flooring for the bathrooms and laundry area which was an excellent choice. No one realizes it's a vinyl product and every visitor to our home has commented on the unique and beautiful floor. The carpet that was installed is also beautiful and luxurious. And all for a very fair price! Because of unexpected delays with the delivery of new bathroom cabinets, the whole remodel took a bit longer than expected. Anthony and James were great and worked with the changes to the time frame. There were a few minor problems with the carpet installation, but Anthony was extremely responsive and the fix was beyond my expectations. Several adjustments had to be made with the transitions between the new vinyl/carpet and the hard wood floor that had been installed when the house was originally purchased 11 years ago. Anthony was diligent in working out a perfect solution and each transition looks fantastic. I enjoyed working with this company because they are truly committed to providing excellent customer service and are genuinely nice guys. They run a very professional business - good communicators who are perfectionists and take great pride in the products and work they provide. I would not hesitate in recommending them and will use them again for future carpet and flooring purchases.

Vision flooring did an amazing job!!! They had to remove tile from my dining room and carpet from my bedroom and living room and they put new carpet and vinyl plank down. Quality of work and material is great and you can’t beat there price. They also have wonderful customer service!!! They are the best in town. We found Expert Flooring on Angie's List and the reviews led us to their showroom. My wife and I bought a new home and wanted to replace all the flooring in the 1650 sf house. The owner, Tom, was easy to talk to over the phone and answered all my questions and those I didn't think to ask! We couldn't decide on the color and styles of the flooring and got excellent help from Keisha. The company installers completed the 4-day job as promised and on schedule. Tom was the only one who made a special effort to come by, measure and provide samples. In fact, he was here the same day I called. I chose Angie?s List because I wanted and NEEDED a no hassle project. My mother (90 yrs.) was coming home from Re-hab so I needed the job completed before she came home. Expert flooring was at the topof the list with an A rating. I stopped by the showroom and spoke with Keisha. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me pick out samples to take home. I went again and met Tom and Shawn. They were both very helpful. Set an appointment for an estimate and Tom was right on time. I was only going to get carpet for my living room and halls, but after getting expert advise from Tom, I decided to carpet the whole house and install new vinyl flooring in the kitchen. Tom ordered larger samples of the carpet so I could be sure that is what I wanted. The samples came in a few days and chose the one I wanted. We set an appointment for 2 weeks later. This gave me plenty of time to remove lots of nick knacks and even paint the living room walls. Tom even offered to do my mom?s bedroom first so she would be comfortable in case she came home early. The crew came exactly on time and went right to work. They removed the furniture and old carpeting in no time. They laid the carpet and kitchen flooring the same day and everything went like clockwork. In fact Tom told me they would be here until 5 or 6 pm. but, they were finished about 2:30. I was home the whole day and can tell you they cut no corners. They were very professional and courteous. Tom came the next day and inspected the job. I couldn?t be happier with the job. My old carpet was 15 yrs. old. The new carpet and kitchen flooring made my home look new. Thanks Tom, Keisha, Shawn and the crew.

AFFORDABLE HOME REPAIRS
The work received from this company is lousy, I would not recommend them to anyone at all. They applied cement to the area that had a leak and the cement keeps coming through the vinyl floor. The work is not professional at all and they do not provide good service.

Was originally planning on doing the work ourselves, but decided to go with A & J after seeing positive reviews. I bought materials. Aric arrived on time, took out previous flooring, removed baseboards, laid underlayment, cut and installed vinyl planking, cut and installed baseboards and caulked and spackled nail holes in baseboards. Cleaned up work area and even removed debris. Using my calculations, I bought 4 boxes of planking (small job). Aric's design only used 3 boxes, so I get to return one unopened box for a refund. Very personable, quick work, professional results for a reasonable price. Could I have done it myself? Sure. But for the money, it was worth every penny to do it so quickly and end up with a professional product. I had this done in our home, but indicated service providers place....no need to put my home address out there without need.
