Getting a salesman out to the house was the easy part. We selected our awnings, colors, etc. and were told work would be completed approximately 4-5 weeks after they received our deposit. "Approximately" is the key word. While we waited for our awnings, we ordered screens for all our windows. Chip was great and had them installed in a few days. We still had no word on our awnings. When the "due" date was getting close, we started getting the excuses. Motors from Switzerland were delayed, the electrician was sick and they had a lot of work in Laughlin. When the electrician wasn't available, we asked them to at least start some work and they installed the fixed awnings. We had overseas guests arriving and were expecting this job to be completed, but got more excuses. Finally they showed up and completed the work. Two weeks after the "approximate" completion date. We have no complaints about the people who did the work, or the quality, which is superb, but we just were kept in limbo and never knew where we stood with this company. I suggest that when you sign the contract, get a fixed date. The contract you sign protects the company, but you really have no guarantees.

Installed a new front awning on 2/28/2013. The awning materials were dented, warped and scratched. Called Ben and he came out to see the issues. He took pictures and sent them to the manufacturers of the awning. Returned on 3/13/2013 and completely re-installed the awning with totally new materials. It was 100% better. I cannot blame Sunset Awning for bad materials, but the original installer should have contacted his office of the flaws, but didn't. Eventhough I brought it to his attention. All in all, it was a great job for the price.

They were fantastic, professional, prompt and I was so happy. They came took the old awning off ( complete with frame) made the new cover and installed it within a few weeks. I have had so many people stop and comment on how great it looks.. Staff and office manager great.. Love them.

They did the work in about 4 hours. The sales person was very informative, helpful, and gave us a lot of options. He also gave us advice. There is a 10 year guarantee on the awning. Their price was reasonable. It is a large awning, about 14 ft across. The salesman came right on time. The installers also came on time and were very nice and polite. Everyone I dealt with was very customer oriented. They were very helpful, even gave us hints on how to maintain and clean it. We would definitely use them in the future, we are actually thinking of installing an awning upstairs as well.

They were great from beginning to the end. First when I called Danny was fantastic and made me feel like I was dealing with family. Then Jon came out to show me samples and measure and gave me a great price.. They came out and took it down withing the first week and had it back in about 1 and 1/2 weeks. So professional and great communication. With the calls and Emails to keep me updated. I am so glad that I had them complete this for me. I would certainly hire them again I just wish they could do plumbing and electrical too,.. So friendly and respectful and helpful.. Great Job.. The installers also came out when I was not home and did a great job. What a difference!!

Recent Review: First off, Greencare was GREAT!! This was my husband’s 2nd house, but my first house so you can imagine how crazy I was to find a company to give me exactly what I wanted. I wanted my backyard to be a place that we could relax in. This backyard had to be perfect. It had to be a place where my mother, who was diagnosed with cancer, could be able to relax and enjoy her surroundings. This was very important to us. I myself am in the business industry so I know how people are more likely to leave a negative review more often than a positive one. I researched several different companies on yelp that had high ratings and low ratings. I picked out 3 different companies that stood out and my husband and I met with them several times so we could make the right decision. They were all great companies but only one stood out as the deciding factor for me. Jeremy with Greencare took it upon himself to ask if he could meet with my mother and ask her opinion of how she envisioned her paradise. I was sold right there. We decided to go with a pool, a patio cover and landscaping (which my mother had her ideas incorporated). The plans looked great and I was so excited to get this project going. It took a little longer than we thought to finish the backyard due to weather but we understood. Everything came out looking phenomenal. I can't believe that one day I was looking at dirt and now I can walk around on the nice looking pavers I picked out. I really have no complaints. A few plants had to be replaced but Greencare to care of it all. I have to apologize to Greencare for being a crazy woman during the process but I wanted this backyard to be perfect for us, especially for my mother. We have shade to relax in, an absolutely beautiful pool to cool off in and beautiful landscaping to look at every day. Our yard turned out exactly how we wanted it and I praise Jeremy and Greencare for making it happen for my family. Thank you Greencare!!!
