Very well--I was very happy with the work done. My only problem was with the price--I did not realize that the senior discounted price per hour was the equivalent of the "special" offer that I accepted. So it was not so special. I ended up losing money because the work only took an hour and the second hour was traded for another ten dollars that I would have had to pay for a few materials. I was not a happy puppy--but I won't fall for that trick again.

Out of all the work they did, they made only one recessed light hole mistake; however, they repaired it and called in a painter to match the existing paint color. All workers cleaned up any messes they had made. The end result was a very professional installation. I would highly recommend them for any recessed lighting work.

Did not go well beware of hidden cost this company charges extra to run wires in the Attic which is part of a standard installation it's a typical bait-and-switch tactics. I would not recommend this company. They have a severe issue with ethics

Lou was great. Very professional. After getting multiple quotes for our projects Lou was more then fair and really has a strong knowledge of multiple traits. Was able to be a one stop shop for all our housing repairs and installs. Whether it was installing a ceiling fan or recessed light, he did everything with speed and high quality work. We had a leak at our door frame and he identified the problem, repaired the door and then matched the paint to make it look good as new. We will use him for all future home projects.

Recent Review: We were unable to tap into existing fan circuit for power so a new plan was needed. A couple of options were discussed and we agreed on running power from the smoke alarm circuit to the newly installed ceiling lights and using a remote style light switch with a built in dimmer. Jonathan prepared the area and covered furniture with drop clothes prior to beginning work. He cut the holes for the new lights right where we had discussed and wired the new lights. After testing the newly installed lights, he showed us how the remote and dimmer feature worked and then thoroughly cleaned up the work area and replaced the furniture. Some creative thinking to overcome an initial show stopping problem resulted in an excellent installation and two fully satisfied customers. We would ask for Jonathan for any future work!
