The price seemed rather high considering the bid was to replace a metal roof panel which didn't happen. He capped and sealed the chimney vent instead. As it is difficult to find and service people that are willing to do work in Mt Charleston, I am satisfied overall.

Overall bad experience - do not recommend this person at all. Avoid this person at all costs. Will be happy to provide further details. Charged personal items to my account. Returned materials and kept cash. Overcharged for time. Only completed replacement of back room roof. Left place in a mess. Have to hire someone else to finish re-roofing and door installation.

The owner of Ariat Roofing and his son came out a couple days after we called and provided us a detailed estimate for either a repair of the leaking area of our roof or a complete replacement of the felt and broken tiles. The repair estimate came with a 2 year guarantee and the replacement with a 10 year guarantee. They also said they would come out and remove tiles as needed when the house needed exterior painting. We went with the complete replacement since our roof was almost 30 years old and the old felt was brittle and we were having leaks. The estimate was for a 3 to 3.5 day job. The crew showed up when scheduled and worked through the day. They cleaned up the area each day and even looked for any nails that fell off the roof as they removed the tiles. They finished in about 3.5 days. All the metal flashings and edging on the roof was replaced. The felt is double thick and it is overlapping. The replacement flashing, edging, and the felt were all heavier duty or quality than the original. Overall, I was very pleased with the workmanship and in fact the roof looks much better than the original. Also, the tiles are much better secured to the roof than before this work was done.

Excellent. Did the work in just under three days. Paul, the initial contact, was great, easy to work with, and understood our concerns. Our house is 31 years old with missing tiles and roof leaks around the chimney(s). Didn't need a new roof; replaced broken/missing tiles, new vents, metal flashing, resealed vents, pipes, and flues. Price was VERY reasonable. Workers were professional, efficient, and courteous. Would highly recommend (although it hasn't rained since the work was completed...but I'm confident)!

Exactly as describe. They came, checked out the roof. Gave estimate, only unknown was how many sheets of plywood might need to be replaced since we had the Freaus water cooled HVAC units. Performed the work and cleaned up afterwards. Would use again for roofing needs.

Ariat's owner inspected and measured the roof then reported its condition along with recommendations and options. I chose the work to be done and an appointment was made. At the time and date of the appointment a crew arrived in clean, lettered and well maintained trucks and equipment, I was introduced to the foreman. The crew was dressed neatly and began work immediately laying out tarps on the ground and providing a dump trailer for debris. They wasted no time and were well coordinated in removing the old material and installing the new. Most of the tiles were saved for reuse. The new flashings, O'Hagin roof vents and vent pipes were painted to match the color of the tile. By the day's end the roof was essentially done and there was no evidence in the yard or landscaping of debris or that such a large project had been done. Of course the roof looked good. On the following morning the owner of Ariat came with his foreman and crew for final inspection. They finished some remaining details and were done within about an hour. We have since had an overnight heavy sustained rain and the roof performed very well.

Great - couldn't ask for better service. They will be back in the fall to clean all the pine cones and debris from my neighbor's pine tree that ends up on my roof.

It was the best service I have had from a roofing company. The estimator came out on time and explained what was wrong. An estimate was mailed to me and a time set up for the work. The roofer was always on time and very professional.

These guys were life savers! We were in the process of buying a bank owned property with an FHA loan. It was a requirement of the loan that we get a new roof. However, the bank was so overwhelmed with foreclosures that they just couldn't get it down. Through our Realtor we finally got the bank to use the roofer we had had out earlier in the process but the bank would pay the bill. These guys came out 48 hours after being contacted and got the whole job done in about 2 working days. They had no problems dealing with our 1959 house, either! I don't know what we would have done without them. And at such a reasonable price! Thank you so much!
