Las Vegas Floating Floor Installation

Recent Review: James was very cooperative. After numerous calls to various contractors it appeared that our job wasn't worth the time. James came over and estimated the job and we picked out a new pattern of flooring. He knew that the flooring had to be around the toilet flange and scheduled the installation and removal of the toilet. Later that evening we received another call from James saying that the flooring was put on a truck in Los Angeles and should be in Las Vegas the next day. He told us if we didn't hear from him the next day, the flooring had arrived and the install would take place on Friday. The installer "Doug" was on time, very professional and did everything expected of him. We were advised to let the flooring "cure" for at least 48 hours and we had the toilet installed by our regular plumbers. The plumbers told us the flooring was put in very well and there were no complications with the install of the toilet. James called the day the toilet was installed and asked how things went with the flooring and if we were satisfied. We were very satisfied and would rehire James' company for any other flooring jobs we had. He has a great customer service attitude as well as the installer "Doug." We are very pleased with all phases of this job. Thanks James and Doug for doing such a good job

Recent Review: Once Matt and his assistant got the existing floor out, he was able to see the problem immediately and installed a new floor with moisture barrier underneath and installed a floor vent to prevent the issue from happening again. They also laid down a durable yet attractive vinyl sheeting. He was prompt, professional and he and his assistant cleaned up after themselves so well that if you didn't know they were here, you would never know they were here! They left the whole place spotless and the shed floor is sturdy and safe. I would definitely hire Home Pros again!

Recent Review: Ben's Flooring had three men come out and lay all of my flooring. It only took them three days to do all the work. When we go to have any other part of our home done, we will have them back. They cleaned all their mess and left nothing for us to worry about. They even polished the ceramic tile when they were done. I am very impressed with the final look of the flooring.

Recent Review: Of all the carpenters/contractors we contacted and talked to, Nic and Pedro understood our desires in keeping the flair for our 1950's custom home in all their detail work. Our previous floor was a pet urine infested carpet that we pulled up everything until we got down to subfloor, and the floor slanted on one side to the exterior of the home. Then we started calling around to Angies list folks. We did not need fast, we needed perfect, as our plans to stay in the home for the next 20 years is our agenda. Good communicators, answered all questions professionally, and was really easy to work with. As a matter of fact, we gave them the keys, and went back to our work. No problems in getting the floor ready for the tiler. Will employ again to do the kitchen in five years. Our floor is perfectly level, the house has a totally new feel, and can't believe we waited that long to do something about it. I happily refer them for anyone restoring in the downtown area for that old Vegas feel.

Recent Review: Chuck tiled two bathrooms for us, as we finally wanted to get rid of our 1990's white tile bathrooms and go with something modern. He inspected site, provided written estimate and recommended tile supplier, (Esmer) since we did not have tile picked out or designed finalized. Provided us with sound advice, demoed and removed old tile and bathroom vanities, met with tile supplier . He come to work on time, covered the floors, and cordoned off bathrooms, cleaned diligently before he left each day. We were so impressed with his attention to detail, his work ethic, eye for design, cleanliness and above all, the quality and detail of his work. We allowed Chuck access to our home when we were not there. He worked on both bathrooms at once, but as we had one bathroom not being remodeled, the rest of the house was impacted very little. We've had bathrooms remodeled before and I was so impressed with the lack of dust. He told us what to expect and how long it would take him and followed through on everything. He also dealt with the supplier who lost our first order of shower pan tile and helped to come up with solution that we liked even better than our original selection. He is meticulous when it comes to what needs to be done before the tile goes on the walls and floors. He also got in touch with a glass installer for the shower, who also did a great job. He came even back on a weekend to work on a hard-to-fit vanity and in doing so, solved a plumbing issue in that bathroom that we have had for years. We met with Chuck twice before we started on the project, and bounced ideas off him and gave him an idea of what we were looking for and what was possible and reasonable. Only after that did I start looking at specific tile and a design and worked with Chuck on a final design. We are very happy the final results and with his skill, quality, price, professionalism and work ethic. We are already planning to Chuck remodel our 3rd bathroom.

Recent Review: All the crews were very competent and professional. The flooring, baseboards and countertops all look great and I am very pleased with the way it turned out. The crews cleaned up after themselves and worked quickly. I had to put off half of the flooring installation because of remodeling work I was doing in the kitchen and they were very accommodating with scheduling the installation. I would definitely recommend national flooring to anyone looking for flooring and or countertops.

Recent Review: Quick response to come out and give me overall estimate. No games here, like so many. George came with a few samples based on what I was looking for. I ended up choosing one of his samples after looking at a zillion samples at various stores. Purchased a higher end vinyl plank with beiges and gray tones and realistic pattern. His estimate was fair and included more than just laying a floor. I gave him several other small projects. I really love how the flooring opened up my great room/kitchen. I had the entire house done except for 2 full baths. Approximately 2,200 square feet. They were Always on time, quick communication, great sense of humor, fabulous people. I laughed a lot! A true family affair. Concerns were quickly addressed and taken care of. They cleaned up everyday before they left which I really loved. Like, who does that??? APEX! I truly enjoyed their company and after all my projects were completed, I’ll admit it was sad knowing we were done. Don’t get me wrong, I was excited to get my house back. However, George, Nick and Johnny became like family along with Susanne and Aubrey. They helped clean my entire house along with the boys when all was said and done.
