After searching Angi's List, I called High Quality Service to repair my dishwasher. David was on his way home for the day, but stopped by to check my dishwasher. He offered to fix it, but due to the cost of repairs and age of the dishwasher, I decided to purchase a new one. David gave me some suggestions as to a reliable brand, and he also installed the new one. I was very pleased with the service, and David was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable about the product. He also provided information concerning the maintenance and the best cleaning products for this dishwasher. I would definitely recommend David, and his High Quality Service.

My dishwasher started leaking and I started researching Appliance Repair services on Yelp and Angie's list. I almost bought a new dishwasher, but I decided to see if I could get it fixed for a reasonable price. I found Absolute Appliance Services. After seeing all the positive reviews I called them and made an appointment. Rom came out and identified the problem. He provided a fair price and fixed the problem. He took his time to discuss what he did and how to prevent future problems. Being in the Law Enforcement field, it's nice to deal with people who are honest and possess high moral standards of character and integrity, and Rom gave me that impression. I will highly recommend his company and if I ever have any other problems with any of my appliances I will definitely call him. Rom saved me $400-$500 because I almost bought new dishwasher. Thanks!!

The tech showed up on time, he was polite and started working on the dishwasher immediately. He quickly found the problem and advised me of the cost. As it was, the repair was less than the $79 special I bought in advance. The dishwasher wasn?t cleaning the dishes well and the tech showed me a large buildup of gunk around the drain that he cleaned using muriatic acid. The dishwasher now cleans well and I?m happy with the service provided.

Choice Home Warranty decided to not complete the repair since the dishwasher was too old. Instead we received a cash disbursement to buy a new dishwasher. The wait time on the phone to get an answer was too long, over 30 minutes.

Recent Review: They were super fast, called ahead and showed up early for the appointment. It's all working fine.
Recent Review: Delivery was on time but the contracted delivery men were a little careless. They left black grease on my white carpet. After all the installation was done I discovered damage to the front of the dishwasher. The installer noted it on the final papers I signed and he told me to call the salesperson. I was told a new one would be sent out in a few days. I didn't want to be bothered with rescheduling so we finally agreed to a reduced price on the dishwasher and I kept it. The adjustment showed up on my charge card the following day. RC Willey is great, but their contracted delivery people and installers need additional training.
Recent Review: We have a Fisher/Paykel double drawer dishwasher. The display on the top drawer started flashing 'F4'. We called Service Pros on 11/6. The Service Pros sent Aaron that day. Diagnosis: a failed heater plate. He ordered the item that day. Late afternoon on 11/9 Aaron called to let us know the the plate had arrived. Installation took place Monday AM. He had the heater plate installed in less than 20 minutes. Probably would have gone faster if my wife and I hadn't been asking so many questions. Aaron is a knowledgable and personable technician. He is the second Service Pros tech that we've had the pleasure of meeting, the first occurring six years ago. Service Pros has a knack for hiring knowledgable, skilled, and personable personnel.
