Outstanding, again. These guys (and Gals -- Pam, Office Manager) are just awesome. This trouble was a bit tougher to diagnose, but they stuck to it and figured it out and I am up and running again. Symptoms/error code on control board within furnace unit showed something wrong with ECM Blower motor. However, ended up being a control board. Did take a couple of days to get resolved, but I am okay with that as there was constant communications and my expectations correctly set. All commitments stated were followed through on. Highly recommend this organization to anyone looking for new system, service after the sale, or even additional duct work. A+++++++++ work, and commitment to service after the sale (warranty).
