Never did the work. Was late, then said it was wrong crown moulding. Changed his appointment date several times. Very unprofessional

We contacted Keith, the owner, for an estimate. One of the nicest contractors we've ever dealt with. Showed up on time. Did the measurements and gave us a quote, breakdown how they set up, worker's names and job descriptions and we booked the job. Week later Keith, Abel, Ramiro showed up on time - 9am. And went to town. Measure, cut, install. Then Sergio and Mike come for caulking and painting. What a fantastic system they have. Everyone has a job, everyone follows the other and they get the job done. All the cutting gets done outside - they set up a little workspace. These guys don't mess around! They covered furniture and artwork. Move furniture. Very clean contractors. Nice guys and very professional. Job was done at 5pm. Keith guess-timated 8 hours and it was 8 hours to the minute. Super impressed with these guys. The work is fabulous. The crown moulding looks amazing and we will be calling them again to do our master bedroom.

LV Crown Moulding is a smooth operation and the owner Keith runs a tight ship. You can tell by the smooth flow of the installation and the great attitude of the crew. The job was completed in a timely and efficient manner and I find their prices to be competitive and the quality of their work superior. The whole crew was great, going the extra mile to get the project completed on time by staying late and coming in early during the last two days without me asking to ensure that I had a smooth move-in into my new home. That gesture is greatly appreciated. The only minor issue I had was that Keith failed to do a final walk through with me upon completion of the job. Otherwise, I am extremely pleased with their pricing and workmanship and would highly recommend their services.

I chose Jacques based on the excellent reviews from previous customers. He and his wife came to meet me and my husband in the evening even looking tired after working all day at his current project. He was very busy during the Thanksgiving holidays but he said he might be able to do our project before Christmas. He emailed me pictures and quotes for different chair rails and mouldings to enable me to make a good decision to hire him or not. He even gave me his supplier's location, if I wanted to see a bigger selection. I thought that was very honest of him, knowing that the prices of his materials will be displayed there. Jacques finished our project before Christmas, arriving very early in the morning. He did a great job! His wife Line always made sure they kept their working area clean. They even put adhesive plastic covers on the carpet up the staircase, on the floor all the way to the bathroom (we have a tri-level home). Line had made these Christmas wine-bottle covers of Mr and Mrs Santa and gave them to us as a gift. I will be displaying those every Christmas. Thanks to Angie's list, I made an excellent choice!

We were having our entire home interior painted (Draeger Construction did the job-see the review) and Brandon Jhun from Draeger referred us to Epic Crown Moulding. We originally were only going to have our living room and dining room done because most of the estimates for those two rooms were coming in at $3000+. Then along came Frank Quintal (owner/operator of Epic) and he gave us ideas and an estimate that nearly knocked me right off my feet!!! His estimate was so much lower than all the other estimates, we decided to have him put in crown moulding throughout the ENTIRE house...including the laundry room! Frank is really into moulding and he really loves the work. This guy is an artist when it comes to moulding. Frank's philosophy is if you can walk into the space then it should have crown moulding! That he did! Even our bathrooms (all 4 of them) and even the little commode room, have beautiful crown moulding. Frank and his assistant did the job in only a few days. The house has high ceilings throughout and 26+ ft ceiling in the living room so it was no easy task. The windows he framed and moulded are very high up in the living room and they look awesome! Frank's work is beautiful and professional! My house is the envy of the neighborhood! We had dreamed of having the entire house donned in crown moulding but because of cost, we thought it was just that...a dream. We figured during the next 10 years we could bit by bit have each room done but here we are with our dream come true all at once! Frank is a small business man without all that overhead so he can give you a good price. I can't say enough good things about Frank. He is a really nice guy with real talent. I would let Frank work in my home anytime even if we were not home. My husband and I trust Frank that much. Bandon and his crew from Draeger came in and painted after Frank finished and this place looks like a completely different home. Very beautiful!!! Thank you Frank and Brandon!!!
