Las Vegas Bathtub Installation

When making the appointment I didn't understand that there would be a 1 hour minimum labor charge. They gave me a 3 hour appointment window and arrived right at the end of it. They were able to remove a very stubborn old drain, and install a new one. They did good work, just make sure to clarify minimum's.

They called very quickly and had their person was available that afternoon. Casey was great and arrived right on time w/a phone call to let me know he was coming. Very professional and did a great job.

Because he is so busy I had to wait two months, but it was worth it. He gutted the old bathroom, installed bathtub with tile surround, removed old lighting, re-textured the walls, installed wainscoating, installed new light fixture, installed new plumbing in tub and vanity and painted. Very pleasant to work with and I do recommend him.

I?m writing this so anyone looking for a reputable plumbing company will know to choose Pure Plumbing. My father fractured his hip and I have been his caretaker now for two months while he is recovering. As a gift to me, he knew I wanted a holistic doggie spa in my house, so he purchased a grooming tub and looked through his Angie?s list booklet to find a reputable company to do the plumbing . Since Pure Plumbing offered a free estimate, he told me to give them a call and when they come to my house, he said you decide if you feel they should be hired. If the estimate is reasonable and I felt good about them, tell them they have the job. (My father had used Angie?s list before and was not disappointed.) I told my Dad Tony from Pure Plumbing was a sincere person and that he had the job. Because of the proximity of the tub there was a problem in connecting the drain. Tony found a way to drain the tub in my washer drain. We were fortunate in hiring Pure Plumbing and for Tony to do the work. He did a wonderful job and explained all that he did. Everything was neat and ran perfect. A few days later his boss called me and asked if everything was alright. I thought they were very thorough and couldn?t have asked for a better company. I was also surprised, and delighted, to receive a card from Tony with a gift certificate for Star Bucks ?in appreciation for the work?. Now that?s appreciation! The bathtub was unclogged. The Service Manager was very helpful and provided excellent customer service.

I will never use this service again. I had an awful experience. They insisted I needed to have my water drained, which I knew it I didn’t need to have done. They drained it for no cost and found that it was perfectly fine. I didn’t like the condescending attitude they had towards me.

Allen was punctual, personable, and professional. He was also very thorough and left my bathtub and its surrounding tiles sparkling and blindingly white (note: they were all dingy and banged up before). I would recommend him to anyone who needs their old bathtub to look new.

Excellent job of assessing leak in bathroom. Determined that the pea trap under the bathtub was busted. Bathtub had to be removed for the job to be done. Took 8 hours of labor over a period of two days. Satisfied and would use again (as I have before).
