Scotts' quality of work and dedicated attention to details was amazing. The result was beautiful.......it took almost a week to complete. The floor hadn't been cleaned in over a decade. It now looks new. Not only was Scotts' work of the highest quality at a very reasonable price, he also recommended somone to refinish our cabinets who also did a fantastic job. As a result we have a kitchen that looks very new and modern for a fraction of the cost we would have spent if we replaced instead of refinished. I give Scott the highest recommendation possible. And he's a great person as well !!!

He and his crew came in and were very professional. He did it exactly at what the quote was and they did an excellent job. My floors were 10 years old and now they look brand new.

For several years, my wife and I had been unable to keep the grout clean whether trying to do it ourselves or by hiring someone. We called Grout Works and Scott Turner came to our house and gave us an estimate to clean the tile and to refinish the grout. We agreed a a price for the service and then made an appointment to have the work done. Scott and his assistant showed up on time, worked all day and when finished, the floor tile and the grout looked amazing (and still do). I would definitely recommend Scott and Grout Works.

Work was done professionally and details were defined and explained to our satisfaction. Questions were quickly answered with detailed explanations. Extremely satisfied with the work and workers. Calling them back again, only this time with more counter tops.

We've used fabulous floors now for about 4 years, mostly for tile flooring and hardwood flooring and we've always been satisfied. We went to their store and explained the project. John came out to the house and inspected everything. He brought in an expert to see if the old wood flooring could be refinished and the expert told us that he would recommend new flooring. There was water damage and it had been poorly laid when the house was built, so dirt had built up between the boards and the coloring was light so the discoloration between the boards would have been a problem after any refinishing. He said that the refinishing would probably cost around $3,000 and he didn't think we would be happy with it. John came out to the house again and measured everything. After ordering the materials, he contracted with the installers and a plumber. The materials were delivered to the house and, after talking with us, the installers came on a Saturday and spent the entire day pulling up the old hardwood floors and leveling the cement foundation where necessary. They moved some of the furnishings that we couldn't move ourselves. The plumber had some scheduling problems and couldn't make it when promised so the installers worked around that on Monday, putting in about half of the hardwood. On Tuesday the plumber showed up and removed the toilet, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. By the end of Tuesday the flooring was almost all finished, the tile was removed from the stairs, and a portion of the stairs was installed. On Wednesday there was only one installer that came and he finished the stairs. There were four in the installers crew for the first three days and one on the fourth. Everything that could be covered in plastic was covered in sheets of plastic. Much of the dust was from removing the old hardwood but the plastic sheeting took care of most of that. Their cleanup was very good given the mount of dust generated. They were prompt in arriving each day and fit in very nicely with our use of the house. They finished yesterday and everything looks great. We couldn't have asked for a better crew.

Kipp was fantastic.! The job I had required a craftsman. Not only did Kipp demonstrate the technical know how to do a detailed job but he ran his business tight and sharp. He was ontime, prepared, thorough,solicited input, forwarding thinking and he cared about the end product. I recommend Kipp to anyone because I cannot imagine many jobs being harder than mine with the parquet flooring and he worked wonders.

Excellent. I used this company again because they did work for me before, and I am completely satisfied with the work. They are reliable, did an 1st class job promptly and cleaned up after themselves. I will use them again when I need additional flooring installed.

Service performed swimmingly. Even with unscheduled delay but was very accommodating. Very professional management with great communications with texts, emails and phone calls. Definitely would recommend and return business for future needs.

The initial response was prompt and they came to my home to give me an estimate (in June). The quote I was given was the best one I had gotten for the job. The job was scheduled and then something came up and I had to reschedule. That was pretty much the end of it. Often calls went unreturned or I was told they would get back to me. They never did. I tried unsuccessfully to reschedule with them all summer. I finally gave up.

They did a marvelous job. They finished the job a day early, when I do the inspection, I had nothing to have them re-do. Everything was done the way they promised to do.

Jesse was prompt and professional. We did have some issues with clean up but J2 came out right away to fix the problem.I find it difficult to find good honest contractors in this area. I would definitively use them again next year.

It was perfect. They were on time and never late. MAticulously neat and cleaned up great. Finished the job ahead time.

Anthony was a pleasure to work with. Got a quick estimate, and the work was started and completed the next day. Entourage matched the existing layout perfectly. The baseboards look great. We have rounded wall corners, and the baseboards look seamless. Highly recommend. Will use again. Very professional. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
