Molina's Carpet Cleaning
Although my tenant hired someone to clean the carpet when he moved out, there were lots of unsightly stains on the carpet. I called Molina's Carpet Cleaning after I see stellar reviews on Angie's List. The owner Lorenzo returned my call promptly, and quoted a very reasonable price. He showed up on time and did a fantastic job. I will sure hire him again in the future.

Some companies shampoo the carpet and others use the hot water extraction method. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that SDM cleaning does BOTH methods on every job! SDM cleaned my carped to a very high standard. The carpet looks as if it was new. Having a toddler, I was concerned about the toxic chemicals used to clean carpet. After expressing my concern, SDM came to the house with green chemicals and even let me inspect the ingredients before work began. I won't hesitate to use SDM in the future.

I like the idea of not using harsh chemicals in the home and so called this company even though their rating was not that good. Apparently it is under new ownership and the owner/operator was very punctual, professional, and proficient. He did a good job,took his time, and tried to get out all the stains even though a few were impossible (he only missed one corner). He was very responsive to suggestions and really cared about doing a good job. He also did not try to jack up the price with "add-ons".
