We've had Dave come over multiple times (the price we put above is just general). We initially had him come over to install 8 ceiling fans. Then we asked him to come back and install a new chandelier and wall sconces in our dining room. Then we had him come back again to troubleshoot some electrical issues we were having and fix a broken ceiling fan (not one of the ones he initially installed). Obviously we were happy since we kept asking him to come back. I would definitely recommend him to others and we will call him back if we need anything in the future. He's friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and his prices are great. He comes when he says he's going to come, and he can come out within a few days of us asking him. He doesn't have a minimum charge and does not charge travel fees (we live in Boulder City). I have nothing bad or neutral to say - everything is good. I am happy to find him.

I asked the Electrician to take his shoes off before coming in to our house due to Covid, but he refused, he said he needs to climb the ladder. Usually, technicians bring covers for their shoes. We had to mop the floor after he left to make sure he didn't dragged anything with his shoes on our floor. I was given a quote for $200 that should include the bracket. I was charged for $220 without the bracket since it was not needed and I had to hold up the chandelier while he was installing it. I felt like I was scammed.

I really have mixed feeling about this job. I realized the job was challenging hanging a chandelier on a 19 foot ceiling but this is what they do for a living. On the plus side they were very careful in ensuring no damage to the hallway walls with putting up and taking down the scaffolding and the price seemed reasonable. On the negative side they did not seem too gentle with a expensive chandelier and were not careful with dirty hands leaving marks on the ceiling. Also there has been one incident with the circuit breaker tripping but I'm not sure this is their work or the homes wiring. Prior to the install there were also some difficulties with poor calculations on how high the chandelier will actually hang. I am glad the the job was done with no major disaster but I was holding my breath the whole time. As a side note we previous had a chandelier hung at a lower height but another individual who was much better but did not have the equipment to do the high height.

David arrived right on time (8:00 am) and proceed to work on the chandelier. The job was harder than he had envisioned in that the space for the ladder was limited by our stairway right in front of the entry door. He and his helper had to manage moving the 18 foot ladder into position. The job was completed and the chandelier is a vast improvement over the original one that came with the house. The trim piece was also a piece of cake, once the large ladder was put in place. The ceiling fan installation went great and adds to the look of the bedroom. David quoted the job over the phone and even with the difficultly of hanging the chandelier, the price was as he quoted over the phone. It sure was nice doing business with such a honorable contractor.

I had two new chandeliers that needed to be hung. D & B advertises in our local community magazine AND gets good reviews on Angie?s list. I called and Dave Berrett showed up the same day. He was very friendly, very efficient, and the new chandeliers were up in about an hour. Did I mention I have twelve foot ceilings? His price was very reasonable and he didn?t charge me extra for helping him. A few days later I called Dave again with what I thought was a problem with a built-in oven. He showed up within the hour, did a quick diagnosis and explained to me that I did not have a problem ? the oven was functioning properly. And there was no charge for the brief service call. Dave now is my go-to guy for electrical work.

Overall it went pretty well. It took a couple of tries to get them over to look and estimate. They were very nice and made recommendations about how it should be done. They were a little late on the day of service but very apologetic. Did a super job on the light bars in the bath. The chandelier was put up well but there is apparently writing on the fiture which you can see. they didn't say anything at the time. When I called after, I was asked to call again later and I gave up. I wish they had either shown me that before it went up if it can't come off or had removed it when they were putting up the fixture. It is very high and we can't access it.

Super Service Award Recent Review: I called Mitch on August 12th to help with getting my front lights to work with a new transformer as well as mounting a transformer in the backyard. Also, I asked him to test my watering system as some of my plants were dying. Mitch came over promptly and repaired the work that needed to be done. He even buried some exposed water lines in the backyard that should not have been left exposed by another landscape company. Mitch gave me a full in depth analysis as to what was wrong with my present situation involving my entire yard, lighting, etc. He was timely and efficient. This is the second time I have used Perfection Landscape (Mitch came over last year , too.) Mitch is very pleasant and cares about making sure things are done right. Recent Review: Had a lot of work done. I needed ceiling lights, connected to wall switches, put in for 4 second floor bedrooms, which had no existing light fixtures. Ed cut holes in the ceiling and installed 4 electrical boxes (fasten 3 studs and one brace). Then he went up into the attic, ran wire to the wall switch, and put in new double switches. He then installed 3 ceiling lights and one ceiling fan. Next he went back up into the attic and ran new wire into 5 closets, and installed lights in them. Those lights were connected to the double switches he had installed before. Ed then replaced an older ceiling light with a new one. Finally, he replaced a couple of older breakers with new ones and put in some blanks too. Ed charges a Flat Rate for the work, so if it takes longer, it does not cost more. He is very profession, shows up on time, and works hard for the entire time he is there. I plan on having him come back in the future to do some more work that needs to be done.

When Steve came over to install the chandelier he discovered that he would have to replace a structural box before the chandelier could be hung. He replaced the structural box, cut the chain to make it the correct height and hung the chandelier. It looks beautiful!
