I had a short window in which to have this completed or face a fine by the city of Henderson. So I share an amount of responsibility for the timing in the sense that I contacted them two weeks before I needed it removed. They weren't able to say definitively yes or no, they could or could not do it, preferring to see on a daily basis if they had any wiggle room in their existing schedule to squeeze it in. Presumably by the inability to get on the schedule, they didn't have any. I ended up contacting someone else and they did it. Spent more, naturally. What irritated me was the verbal insistence that they would get me on the schedule, but then it never occurred. Not ever suggesting a day or time, or following up about that. When I followed up with them, I got the same "we'll get you on the schedule" business. But no effort was made to actually do that. Because I had paid for the service already, we tried to see if there was something else they could do for me. We continued communicating but I lost interest in working with them due to this vaguery. I contacted Angie's List to see about a refund. Angie's List then contacted them and Dave did make another call to me, but I didn't return it. They may do great work but I didn't get to experience it. I'm giving them a C instead of a D because they may well do good work, who knows. I ate the $99.
