Curt's Home Repair
I hired Curt to build a deck behind my townhouse. Everything went exactly as it should. He was on time for each appointment, communicated well with me about my plans for the space, understood my preferences, and completed the work in a timely and altogether professional way. He didn't do any more than he needed to do, nor did he try to go beyond our agreement. He actually improved my plan; I hadn't thought about a better way to deal with one edge of the deck, and his suggestion was far superior to what I thought we'd have to do. Curt is very good at explaining what he's doing and why. He's friendly and always easy to deal with. He cleans up after he's done. The deck looks better than I expected. I'd looked for someone to do this deck for some time. Most folks want to do pavers, but in my case, with a mostly covered space and issues with a drain, a deck was really a much better solution. I found Curt for a different job (hanging a ceiling fan), and in conversation learned that he did this sort of carpentry. I'm glad I did. Couldn't be happier with my new deck.

I use my pool everyday when it is nice. I love it. They did such a good job on it. They do come and check the chemicals every so often and never charge me a thing for it. I guess that was part of our pool agreement. I would recommend this company to anyone.

All Inclusive Construction LLC
Their estimation process was not satisfactory. They didn?t break down the estimate in detail. They quoted me $135,000, but, never clarified how much they are charging for what job. We had a fire in our garage, so we wanted that to be rebuilt. They gave us a price for garage, cedar shakes, deck and a storage hill. We were quoted $197,000. We then decided to remove the second floor and move the cedar shakes down. The $135,000 never made any sense. They came and walked through, had a plan for everything, but, never had clarity with anything. Later I got an estimate to re-build the garage, a patio with landscaping and was quoted $80,000 to $90,000. We then decided not to use their services and will not use the same in future.

Artcon Inc
We met John from Artcon at a local home expo. We explained to him our situation and what we would like done around our pool and set up a time for him to come to out and give us an estimate. John showed up on time and was courteous and professional. He spent about an hour at our house and told us he would get back to us within the next day or two. That was the last time I heard from Artcon. I never received the estimate. I would have a hard time giving money to someone who I could not get an timely estimate from.

WESTDECK CONCRETE COATING
Our pool's coolcrete deck had deteriorated and looked awful. we searched on Angie's List for a reliable company and after meeting with the folks at Westdeck, 15 W Brooks Ave., North Las Vegas, NV 89030 we decided to have them do the work. The work was scheduled to begin in October, but we had an underground leak, and I wanted to make sure that the decking work wouldn't have to be torn up after it had been rebuilt, if the leak was under the deck. Sue, from Westdeck was very gracious about rescheduling. then, after we dealt with the underground leak, my pool filter had to be completely replaced-I again had to reschedule Westdeck. Ugh. Sue was very accommodating-AGAIN. Then, we had about 5 days of freezing temps and we have to put the decking off for a fourth time. . today I am happy to report that my new coolcrete deck is installed and Westdeck is GREAT. It is beautiful! the company is great and the crews they sent here were very professional. Without us having to ask, each day, they cleaned up my yard to the point they made it look as if they hadn't been there working all day. No mess. I highly reccommend Westdek.

Concrete Texturing
We contacted Tim the owner thru Angie's list and then spoke to him on the phone and explained that this was a commerical job in Pahrump and a bid was needed to remove all the old cool deck and replace with new product and then seal the deck. He gladly came out and gave us a bid. We also had a local Pahrump company bid it as well. They were at $ 21,000.00 and had very little experience. Tim has been in business since 1999. Tim's references were strong so we gave him the job. He and his staff were very professional and worked well with my staff not to disrupt our business. The job is beautiful and was finished ahead of schedule. We reeceived a very nice discount for being on Angie's list which was great. If you ever need concrete work or cool deck work you would do yourself a favor and use this company. They are the best. That's how you stay in business thru good and bad years, by being the best and great customer service. Well done guys.

Recent Review: Just had my pool deck re-coated. The finish product is and looks fantastic and only took three days to complete. The old product was completely ground off to the bare concrete, acid etched, pressure washed, product applied and painted. It should be noted that they used quality material and most importantly, the crew took such care in their work as if they were actually doing the work on their own pool. Very honest contractor and I would recommend them. Larry F. July 3, 2019
