We were pleased and impressed with their sales representative. She was very thorough about the length of time this order could be installed to the care and maintence that each type of blind would take. She took care that we chose the type and material suited to us and that we would love. The installation was about 2 weeks after order was placed.The installers were quick, neat and professional. The installer made sure we knew how to operate the blinds once they were installed. (we were new to verticals). We are pleased with Bugsy's Blinds and we would recommend their service.

When the blinds were delivered there were some issues that were not expected since we had an unusual installation (Not the norm). The Installer provided probably the BEST after care support that I have ever seen. He returned over 7 times and worked with Hunter Douglas to ensure that our Blinds were perfect. Our Blinds were all remote controlled and are outstanding. They will most likely sell the home if we ever attempt to sell.

Did everything that they promised, two installers arrived on time and completed the job of 21 windows in about two hours. After we ordered the blinds they were installed about a week later. We first tried Lowes for blinds but they cut them all to wrong sizes, yes Lowes would have been cheaper, but the quality of Bugsy's blinds is much, much better and they fit perfectly as well.

If you like excuses instead of getting your job done the Bugsy's is the company for you. The salesman (also the General Manager) promised to complete the job in 1 week, they didn't, it took 2 weeks. They promised a comnplete job including removal of the existing blinds, they didn't, they piled the old blinds on the front lawn instead of placing them in community trash bin located only a few feet away. Lastly they promised to leave the home the way they found it, freashly vacuumed, they didn't, instead they left an army of footprints all over my brand new carpet. When confronted they took 2 day to respond and declined responsibility. Beware of Bugsy's Blinds especially when they request there final payment before the job is 100% complete. There are many reputable companies out there, in my opinion Bugsy's is NOT one of them.in 3 rental properties

Phil Blakely arrived exactly on time, got to work, and repaired the blind. He then asked if there were any other blind issues, and we had him do minor repairs on 4 woven wood blinds in the kitchen. He was very professional, polite, easy to talk with. You could just tell that he knew what he was doing. I have kept his card and I plan on using him again with new replacement window coverings. You have no idea how hard it is to find someone to repair your blinds in your home. They all want to know the brand of the blinds and who installed them. We bought the house with the blinds in place and no visible labels. Multiple companies turned us down before I found Accent on Blinds! David D.

I met with Cynthia from Bugsy's Blinds on 3/14/12. I knew that I wanted wood blinds and a shutter-type blind on a sliding door. I had already received another quote from Sunburst Shutters. I decided to used Bugsy's because their prices were comparable, but they had more variety of product than Sunburst. Cynthia was knowledgeable, but not pushy on the sale. The installation was completed on 4/12/12, approximately 4 weeks after the quote, and exactly in the time frame I was told. The installers were professional and wore booties inside the property. The installation took about one hour.

I was called on by Matt, during my move-in of my new home. He measured and provided a quote for 2" 'softwood' blinds. Whilst considering other quotes, I called Matt several times to confirm details, and my call was always promptly answered. Home was measured twice (love a company who measures twice, cuts once) to make sure the windows (and the blinds) would be an exact fit. I was guaranteed blinds in less than 2 weeks. They were ordered and installed within (10) days. Installation was done on a Sunday to accommodate my schedule, and there was a team of (2) to complete the installation. They were in and our within an hour ! Blinds look perfect.

3 Day Blinds Las Vegas
They were guaranteed to have the blinds installed in three days, but it took six. When I asked them why it took so long they just informed me that the blinds I ordered weren't in stock. I also wanted them to take a look at some other blinds in my office, but they refused to since they hadn't installed them.

Very well. Prices on shutters were very good, selection of other products was very good. After installation, we noticed we could see light coming in around the outside of the shutter frames. The frames were very minimalist and the windows have bull-nosed edges, but regardless, things didn't fit right. The installer came back and came up with a few options, then the owner came out and decided to replace all of the shutters. I fully expected to get the run-around like you would from most businesses in town. Instead, they did whatever it took to make things right. I'll also add that my sales lady, Cathy, was a dream come true. We were moving into a beautiful new house and she went way above and beyond what I expected in helping us pick patterns, colors, styles, everything I couldn't do. She even recommended locations to hang certain paintings!

Recent Review: The Solar Screen Factory has been a pleasure to work with. I called them on a Monday and spoke with James. James was extremely friendly to speak with and you could tell he wanted to make the experience as easy and quick as possible. He asked for a picture of the windows we wanted to cover. When I texted him the picture he gave me the price estimate within a few minutes. After agreeing to the price, he came to do the measurements that same week on Friday. He brought a few samples of color combinations for the screens to compare with the color of my house. He also showed how well the screens worked by putting them up against the sun. They worked extremely well. The radiant heat of the sun was pretty much totally neutralized by the screens. I picked the colors I liked, he measured the windows, and I payed a deposit. They installed the screens the very next day. So, they were able to have the screens custom built and installed in under a week from when I first called. Jim (I believe) was the one who installed the solar screens on 10 windows. He did a great job and in less than an hour. We are thrilled with how they look and even more happy with how much heat they block on our west facing wall. In fact, we like them so much, we will be ordering more for some of our other windows. If anyone I know needs solar screens installed, I'll definitely be recommending them.

Recent Review: I have used Blinds Galore several times over the past few years for blinds in my previous house and in my current house. The website is easy to use. There are instructions for measuring and installing that guide you through the process. It does require some due diligence on the part of the purchaser to know what kind of windows you have and look at the specifications to verify the blinds will work before ordering. I am a middle ages woman and I installed the blinds in my previous house and I am working to install them in my current house, room by room.

Recent Review: Everything went very well and there were no hidden charges or delays. Clark came out and took all of the measurements. John, his installer, came out the next day and confirmed all of the measurements before building our custom solar screens. He returned about a week later and installed all of the solar screens, all of which fit like a glove. Clark came back to inspect the work and make sure that we were happy with the appearance and installation. This type of attention to detail is missing with so many companies!
