I never got the impression that Gary seriously considered coming to fix my spa. I called and texted him many times over several weeks. He kept coming up with excuses like it's too cold out even though my tub is indoors. I ended up calling someone else and they came and fixed it the next day.

We had a hot tub which had not been used in years (came with our home purchase). Gary came and assessed the situation and made recommendations for repair. He had to come a couple of different times as after it had been running a while a few other minor problems developed which he promptly identified and fixed. We had never had a hot tub before, Gary took all the time we needed to educate us on how to maintain our hot tub and to discuss the science of hot tub care. He also never tries to sell you anything that you don't need. He shows up exactly on time, he is quick and efficient. Excellent service every time we have called him. He provided accurate quotes for any and all repairs, there were never any surprises. After the repairs it has been running flawlessly. I highly recommend Gary for anyone who needs spa or hot tub repair or advice. Very professional, very knowledgable

I called Spa Tech on a Saturday and he called back with an hour and came to the house on Sunday. He diagnosed the problem and we ordered a new motor through Spa Depot. He said it would be much cheaper to buy the motor this way rather through a dealer here in town. When it arrived a week or so later, I called Jim and he came out the next day and installed the unit for us. He was great to work with and charged us $160 total for both visits. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Adonis Spa came out and diagnosed the problem with our hot tub. Our particular part needed to be ordered. He made the necessary phone calls and got it ordered. Once the part was in he came out and installed it. We filled the tub and he checked it to make it functioned properly. He also replace some switches.

Jim is wonderful to work with. He is direct and quick in getting the work done. When he came to inspect my hot tub he brought a connector with him as I had warned him it broke and the tub was not holding water. He went straight to work inspecting the hot tub and diagnosing the issues. He quoted us a very fair price in my opinion for the repairs. He commented the shell was in great shape and just needed the correct pump, new control panel, and new electric board to work. He returned a week later with all the supplies and had the hot tub filled and operational in less than two hours. He also provided recommendations for cleaning and maintaining the hot tub that is cost effective. I am definitely keeping his number for future repairs or needs.

Jim also told me he does plumbing and electrical work, and next time I need those services I'll be calling him as well.

Recent Review: I called to see if Fusion could do the job. The Receptionist was extremely polite and professional and patched me through to Jeff almost immediately. Jeff listened carefully to my situation and issue. Although he does not do the type of work I needed, he was very helpful in explaining to me how my set up worked, what the problem could possibly be and gave me direction on what to do and where to go next. He even said I could call him back if I ran into a roadblock.

Recent Review: I needed to get the electric disconnected to a hot tub on my deck since I was having it removed the following week. I also had an outdoor globe light out. I called on a Thursday morning and they scheduled the service call for the same day. The electrician was Mark who came out, looked at what I needed and gave me a reasonable estimate from which I could deduct my Angie's List 10% discount. He didn't have the socket for my globe light on the truck and drove to Lowe's to get it. Even then, the work was completed in less than two hours. He was professional and efficient. I would definitely use them again.

Recent Review: It went very well. They were very nice and were very fair with the cost. They picked up the motor one day and brought it back repaired the next day. I would use them again.

Recent Review: Ric called back on a Saturday within 10 minutes of leaving a message and was at my house within the hour. He did thorough diagnosis to determine that a fuse has been blown in the hot tub. Unfortunately he did not have the fuse in stock. After replacing the fuse, the "not turning on" problem was fixed. But the original problem of tripping the breaker returned. He came back and did further diagnosis to determine the breaker was tripping at half the amperage it should. He did not have a grounded breaker to replace the breaker, but had a normal breaker he installed for me and recommended I buy and install the GFI breaker. I have some electrical experience and felt comfortable with this, and it did fix the problem. Ric is very professional and helpful. The only negative is the two parts I happened to need, he had neither in stock. I ended up having to buy both myself and install both myself. If he had the parts, it would have saved me time and money (not charging for two trips), but I understand he can't have everything in stock in his van.

Recent Review: I spent several years researching hot tubs/spas. This was a difficult decision for me to make. I was worried about the financial risk as well as my ability to care for it. I had no idea what I would need to install and prepare for it, how to treat it or what to do if something went wrong. Last summer I was in the position to take care of a friends pool for awhile. Not knowing a thing about it either I went to the Water Hole for advice and chemicals. It is close by and they were always friendly as I had been here before looking at spas, pricing and getting information. They were so helpful and understanding. They took the time to make sure I understood how to take care of and treat my friends pool that after several weeks I knew if I were to ever buy my hot tub this was the place. It's one thing to be a potential buyer, you know the company will be good to you. It is another to be the customer who already purchased but needs help or more information. 3 months later I went back and I bought my tub from The Water Hole. They gave me advice and contacts like my electrician to prepare for my delivery. They are all friendly, supportive and interested in making sure you succeed. Just yesterday I had a malfunction. My hot tub had no power and the water was cold. In a panic, I called the electrician and The Water Hole. Both responded quickly. They worked together to fix my issue. They went above and beyond to make sure I am happy. For me, knowing that they are all there for me, that this purchase is not as daunting as I had feared... well that's the best feeling ever. The Water Hole and Rick Zaner (electrician) make you feel like family. Trustworthy and friendly. So grateful I chose The Water Hole. I know where I am going to buy my pool.
