PROMISED TO REMOVE STUMPS 6 WEEKS AGO. THEY REFUSE TO RETURN OUR CALLS DESPITE THE FACT THAT WE CALL DAILY NOW.

It went well. Their team did a professional job, meticulously trimmed the large trees, and totally cleaned up the area! Good value, and friendly to work with.

Submitted request for an estimate via Ping's online services. Receive handwritten estimate at my door as well as an emailed response. I indicated that I would accept the bid and they called me to schedule the work. I opted to be flexible, allowing Ping to visit when they had a window of opportunity, without having to set an appointment. I was forewarned that it would be 2+ weeks before we would see them, and that was fine with me. They came just a bit over 2 weeks after I spoke with them, and within an hour everything was finished except for the stump grinding. They indicated that they would return in a few days to get that done, and so they did. Cleanup was wonderful, and all is well. Worked out great for us.

John Petro and his crew did an amazing job. I got an estimate on Tuesday, and he was here on Thursday of the same week. He was here exactly when he said he would be here and was done in less than four hours. We have a yard that does not have easy access due to a picket fence, and he was able to remove a limb that overhung our fence and was very difficult to get to. The price was very reasonable for the job that John and crew did for us. He also left us the firewood, cut and stacked.

Great!!! John was responsive. He and his crew were courteous and professional. I can't believe how quickly they were able to do so much! It was a mature tree and was dead from the Emerald Ash Borer. I was becoming increasingly worried that it was going to fall on our house because it was so close! John gave us a very reasonable price to cut down and remove the tree. They even hauled away all of the debris including what was lying around the base of the tree. They ground the stump too. My lawn and house looks so much better without a dead tree blocking it. Plus now i can sleep at night without worrying about it falling on us! He even gave us a quote for some landscaping while he was there.

Outstanding job. Worked until the job was done. Jack and a helper. Took 3 trips - 3 days to complete work. Excellent job on stump grinding. Honest, skilled, hard working guy. Very fair price compared to market price. I was quite pleased with his work.

It went very well. I had taken down most of the dead branches on a birch in my elderly mother's back yard, and needed it taken the rest of the way. It was important that the work be done without fuss or supervision. Brownsburg Tree Service was not the lowest bid, but had an opening the next day to perform the work. They did it as scheduled despite rain during part of the day, did an excellent job on all job requirements, billed my charge card promptly after first calling to make sure I had examined, and was satisfied with, the work, and sent correspondence to follow up to acknowledge billing.

Our original desire was limited to tree trimming, but Michael made it apparent during the inspection process that Treeo could quickly and affordably complete the other tasks we were curious about (tree removal, stump grinding, dump debris removal). Scheduling took about a week and a half. Most of the work was completed on the day scheduled. Out of the entire list of work we had planned, only one stump was missed, but Treeo returned the day after discovery and finished the task. End result was a dramatic improvement in our yard. Would not hesitate to call again.
