Recent Review: I would have given ABC all "A's, but could not in good conscience do so.The majority of the employees of ABC that we came in contact with were conscientious and dedicated to doing a great job. The glitch was with the salesman, who apparently was also responsible for monitoring the installation. We ended up spend considerably more then originally quoted due him not being in attendance when the building inspector came to look at the roof. The crew that was left here was not prepared for the behavior of the inspector.. On the plus side, the crew that installed the shingles were hard working and very pleasant. They clearly cared about getting the job done. The 1st day they worked long after dark in the cold to get our roof covered in plywood. The job had been scheduled to start on a Friday (highly recommend that no one else starts a job like this on a Friday). Snow was expected the next day. We did get a small accumulation on Saturday and watched the snow slide off the plastic on our roof. It is possible that more could have been accomplished on Friday if the salesman had arrived promptly. As it was, the crew sat for 2 hours waiting for him to arrive with plywood. I also want to compliment the office staff, Pat and Joanne. They were extremely responsive. They got the plywood delivered to us. They got follow up work scheduled. They made an unpleasant situation tolerable. They are to be commended. Also to be thanked is Juan the crew chief. He was very helpful with information about the problem and also worked diligently both days to get the roof completed. The gentleman who came to do the touch up work was also very helpful, efficient, and pleasant. Because of the positive experience with these folks I would recommend giving ABC Roofing a try. I would suggest that you have it written into the contract that a person with authority be present for the building inspection. Also, I would suggest that you keep in touch with the office staff if you notice that the job is not being supervised.

Recent Review: He was very professional about the job. He had come up with different things to do that other contractors didn't see. There were some parts of the job that I wanted to do myself and he had let me help with it.

He was also very positive and interested in us and our project. He patiently explained why our project would cost more than twice the amount we expected without trying to scare us off or apply any pressure. Once we accepted his proposal and signed a contract, the Guy Company launched a smooth, seamless operation. Their craftsmen came to work, not stand around or take breaks. The Guy Company supervisor was at times more like our personal assistant. The project progressed from phase to phase without interruption or problem and every effort was made to insure our comfort during the process. Recent Review: The owner came to our Terre Haute home to offer a free estimate, along with suggestions on how we could get the best use out of the space and options for construction. He was flexible and offered to bid the project with different options and combinations. The work began in a timely manner by workers who were prompt, courteous and productive. Apart from electricity, they required nothing of us and went about their business. The result was a lovely sunroom that my wife and I can enjoy year round. The construction was solid and attractive, adding value to the home. There was one small glitch, in that they sub-contracted the gutters out to another small company. We went through two torrential rains before we could get them out to complete the work. We were able to contact Barrier and they got the contractor to come out and finish the job, which when finished, was nicely done. My wife and I are very pleased with the entire experience. These guys were not the cheapest around, but if you want quality work, it is well worth having them do the job.

Recent Review: They gave me what I had in vision and it was just what I had expected. The work was done properly and it was good. It just took a long time to get completed. They told me initially it would take two weeks but it ended being close to eight weeks. When they were working, they did a good job. They were responsive. The only problem I had is that I did have some water leakage when they were connecting the room to the house. It was raining and there was quite a bit of water. They did come out and take a look at it but afterwards they never really address the problem of the water that was in the house. They didn't replace the pad or the carpeting and I had to take care myself. They weren't there all the time.

Recent Review: These guys are creative and the quality of their work is excellent. I happened upon this company years ago when I hired them for a master bath addition to my Broad Ripple home. With the outstanding job they did on my bathroom addition, I didn?t hesitate to contact them when I was looking to add a sunroom to my current house. They came up with a great design and provided drawings for submitting to my homeowners association. They really do a fantastic job to provide complete details of exactly what they will be building?no surprises. The sunroom is awesome and is the highlight of my house. The basement was next and went equally well. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. Their quality and attention to detail in their craftsmanship and in all aspects of the job is unsurpassed and they have a great group of subcontractors who exhibit the same qualities.

Recent Review: WE WERE VERY PLEASED IN WORKING WITH PAUL CAULEY. HE WAS ABLE TO CREATE A SUNROOM THAT MET OUR IDEAS. HIS CREW WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS RIGHT ON SCHEDULE WITH THE ORIGINAL DATE THAT WAS GIVEN TO US. THE SUNROOM LOOKS WONDERFUL! THE STAIRS FROM THE SUNROOM TO THE PATIO NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, DUE TO A DESIGN ISSUE, AND PAUL CAULEY WAS REASONABLE IN HIS BID TO DO THE STAIRS WITH A SYNTHETIC MATERIAL AND ALSO TO DO THE RAILING. THE STAIRS AND RAILING LOOK VERY NICE. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THIS LOCAL, FAMILY-OWNED COMPANY AGAIN.
