Purchased house in 2007 and previous owner had Aqua Engineering install irrigation system. Was able to schedule 10:00 a.m. appointment on a Saturday, which was very convenient since both my wife and I work. Joe arrived right on time and I showed him the sprinkler head that was broken and the ones that needed adjustment. He was able to quickly fix the broken head and adjusted the sprinklers as needed. He explained how the sprinklers will need maintenance over time due to the seals wearing out. He explained the material costs involved in replacing the sprinkler head.

We had Affordable Sprinklers, LLC install lawn sprinkler system and landscape lighting. They didn't do a good job on the lights, wasn't very professional. I had a leak the following year and had to call the water company and was told it was the sprinkler system. They are not good at doing the maintenance on the system. I called for them to adjust the sprinkler heads which they wasn't very responsive. For them to blow the system out for the winter was costly. They didn't even call to turn system on but did it anyways without testing system.

Recent Review: They went over and above to get the results because I had a leak somewhere in my water line and they couldn't figure out where it was. Someone else had put in the system but they dug down and found what was wrong. They had to dig 3 or 4 feet down, replace the pipe and replace the valve. I really appreciate it. They got back to me really quickly and saved me lot of money. I use them all the time because they are excellent. I spent $600 on this job. I got another estimate where they were going to come out with a back hoe and just dig up the whole line; that was going to cost me about $2500. Underground Sprinklers was honest and told me the truth and what it would be. They explained the whole thing and even after they had replaced the sprinkler pipe, the guy went ahead and showed me what was done and everything else. I asked him how he was going to dig in the cold ground and he said it would cost too much to get a back hoe. They are great, honest and very punctual. They get right back to you when they say they are going to be somewhere. They are on time or early. I would recommend them to anyone for any irrigation stuff or the water leak issue. They have always done good work for me. I would definitely use them again in the future.
