We had some rotting siding on the front of the house, above the garage door. Mike and Jake suggested we replace the wood siding with cement board. They tore out the old siding and replaced it with cement board, which is much more durable. They also replaced an old spotlight above the garage door with a new one and replaced a porch light. They painted the cement board, and trim. The repairs look great.

Wonderful experience! My husband and and I were under a time crunch as the weather was starting to turn cold. They started on a Sunday to meet our needs. I think they are great. The best example is that when there was a mistake made by them and we had to call an after hours plumber they were very responsive and attentive. You can really tell the quality of a company by how they handle things when things don't go exactly to plan. Mel's Handyman Service
Mel returned my call promptly and came out to look at the job and give us an estimate. He installed glass doors on a closet in our office. They did a beautiful job, and cleaned up afterwards. We had a place on the peak of our roof that needed to be recaulked and Mel did that and then helped my husband put up hooks for our Christmas tree lights!! He couldn't have been nicer. We have already asked him to give us an estimate for several larger things that need to be done at our house. He was great to work with.

Super Service Award Recent Review: We can't adequately express our satisfaction with the work that Clemens Seamless Guttering did for our home. They absolutely saved our home. The need for gutter work was evident to us but we and Sean Clemens had no idea how extensive the damage had progressed. They kept us well informed of the damage that they were seeing. It was obvious to anyone once the covering siding and roof was removed. The electrical mast was definitely an imminent fire danger. We feel very fortunate that the craftsmen were alert and averted a potential and near certain disaster/fire for us. The craftsmen/carpenters/gutter installers/ roofers were always pleasant and couteous and, most importantly, professional, competent and skilled. Sean Clemens was on site frequently throughout the entire installation/ repair, over seeing the work personally and keeping everything progressing smoothly in spite of the many discovered complications. We are so pleased with the completed work that we have rehired Clemens Continuous Guttering to repair other unrelated areas on our house.

Recent Review: They came when they said they would. Their workers were very nice, pleasant, courteous, and everyone was extremely good workers. We were extremely impressed with them. The owner Ken Patton was here everyday when the workers were here. He stopped by a couple of times when the workers were not there to make sure everything was going ok. They were professional and did the job like they were supposed to. We did not have to worry about anything. They were very accommodating. We have a light on our garage and it had been broken and we had a replacement and they went ahead and replaced it for us even though they did not have to.

Recent Review: It took them over 90 days to complete a job they promised to complete in 30. They were constantly giving me excuses to why they weren't there working. I've had a multitude of issues. They removed the gutters and had them down for an extended period of time and just put them back up. I finally was able to speak with the owner and he helped make things happen but I had trouble with the foreman throughout the rest of the project.
