I contacted USA roofing to get an additional estimate and was surprised to find that the company was owned by a women. Tammy came out to give me an estimate and explained in detail what needed to be done to repair the roof. Immediately I was impressed that she took the time to explain the process and the reasons why the roof leaked in the first place and the repair that needs to take place to prevent the roof from leaking in the future because I am not an expert in the field. Tammy told me she would email the proposal within the next 24 hours. I received the proposal and was very satisfied with the price. I had previously contacted other roofing companies who's estimates were much higher and they were not going to do near the amount of work Tammy had listed. I then mailed the signed proposal to Tammy and she contacted me to set up an appointment to do the work. The workers were professional and arrived on time. It took them about 2 hours to complete the work. They also took a look at my roof and noticed that the roofer I used in the past used too many nails per shingle. I was told that I will probably have to have the roof replaced in a couple of years. I will definitely use USA Roofing when that time comes. Tammy came across as someone who cares about the customer. I will definitely recommend her to others.

I had previously hired Lifestyle Group to build a screened porch on my deck, so when I needed this project done, I didn't hesitate to call on them again. Every single person from carpenters to painters to electricians to concrete were excellent at their crafts and very personable. They had to tie the new roof into the home's structure and build supports, and hire people to remove the bottom step and put in a deeper step to hold the structure. The finished project is beautiful and so much safer for people and packages.

Came out on the day that we first made contact. Two shingles had blown off in a storm. Nailed the shingles back onto the roof, checked for other loose shingles, and inspected roof. Gave advice to add more venting when roof is replaced but didn't push replacement any time soon. Will definitely call when we are ready to replace our roof or if we need another roof repair.

Recent Review: I called Element Roofing a roof inspection due to my roof being older and needing to replace it. Jeremy arrived promptly and on time and did his inspection. I was ready to pay out of pocket, but after Jeremy’s inspection, he found hail and wind damage to the roof. Jeremy helped me file a claim with my insurance carrier and met my adjuster on site to make sure the adjuster didn’t miss anything. Unfortunately the claim was denied, but there was substantial hail and wind damage as evidenced by Jeremy’s documentation. We asked for a reinspection, and the claim was denied again. Jeremy went to bat for me with my insurance eventually leading to a full roof replacement paid by insurance including skylights, powered vents, gutter guards, ridge vents, and painting. When the work was taking place, all the workers arrived on time. I was impressed that the roof was done in one day. Also, the painting and skylight, and gutters crews were extremely professional, and I couldn’t be happier with how all the work turned out. I recommend Element Roofing for anyone looking for a high quality contractor for roof replacement or an advocate for your insurance claim.

Recent Review: Ed responded quickly to my request for an estimate for gutters. He emailed an estimate right after seeing the house and called me a day after he sent it to make sure I realized that my chimneys were in poor condition and were allowing water penetration into the attic (which was true). After discussion about chimney repairs and the condition of the current roof (just bought the house, and the inspector had rated it in just fair condition), we decided to replace the roof. As soon as we had worked out the contract, Ed brought materials to the house, and the crew started the job the next day. The crew were punctual, polite, and professional, and they worked diligently for two long days (11 hours on day 1 and another 9 hours on day 2). Ed did the chimney work himself and explained a lot about the repairs and roofing as he went. He is dedicated to using high quality materials and doing things the right way. He used the proper ridge cap shingles on the ridges, instead of regular 3-tab roof shingles, which many roofers use to cut corners, and installed extensive ice and water shield around chimneys, valleys, and the porch roof. The crew cleaned up the yard each day and collected all nails, and Ed checked everything and did additional clean-up himself before leaving. He gave notice of expected arrival times, and he kept in touch about all aspects of the work. His color suggestions for shingles and gutters were great, and the house looks fantastic.

He came out three days in a row just to take off a section of gutters just in case it rained so that my flowerbeds wouldn’t get ruined. Overall, really nice people who did a professional job. He traveled to Anderson twice to look at my roof and the rain damage to the interior of my house. He quoted me a price on the spot and fixed the roof the 2nd time he was there. Recent Review: They were excellent. They arrived early in the morning, tore off the old roof, made repairs to some of the boards on the roof and did excellent prep for the shingles. They had five or six men working, who were all considerate, and a couple of them continued to clean up between different stages of the job. The owner of the company was there the whole day and provided oversite and was very approachable for my questions. They installed a third static vent in my roof free of charge, and I noticed that my second floor seemed cooler that night. They straightened my gutters and did top quality work from start to finish. They also finished the job in one work day and cleaned up very thoroughly. I am completely satisfied and give my highest recommendation for Rodeffer Roofing.
