Indianapolis Plumbing Fixtures Repair

They were timely and their estimate was less than others we had gotten. We ordered our plumbing fixtures through another company, and Isley did the work.

I SUPPLIED THE PLUMBER WITH MY OWN FIXTURES AFTER THE SUGGESTIONS OF THE PLUMBER TO HELP SAVE ME MONEY.

Ron showed up on time and did a very thorough job of checking out every plumbing fixture in our house. He was very clear in describing everything he checked. I was very satisfied with the whole experience and will definitely call Service Plus in the future.

It was a small leak and they did fix it, but charged us $800. While they were doing the plumbing work some of the tiles popped off and they said we would have to hire someone else to fix that because they don't do that. They did respond to our calls quickly, but we will not be using them again.

The technician was on time, friendly, and extremely helpful. I trusted that I was getting good advice from the technician and he advised on fixing some plumbing issues before they became a bigger problem. I would definitely use Service Plus again in the future.

The work went well and I enjoyed working with the plumber. He was friendly and worked quickly and efficiently.

Dawn is wonderful to work with in giving suggestions. Estimate redone to our agreement. On day of work men were efficient and did a quality job. Using them for our next bathroom (2 to go)

I would say we overall had a pretty good experience with them. They do quality work and are very professional. Their pricing was a little high at times so that would be my only criticism.

He did a great job. He is trustworthy and honest and I will continue to use him in the future.

The workers were efficient, diligent, personable, competent, and took pride in their work. The problems that arose largely involved communication or the lack thereof. The job was complicated by the discovery of mold in the bathroom walls, which had to be remedied at the cost of about fifty percent over the original contract. No complaints there; it had to be done and was done well. However, this lengthened the project from seven working days to about three weeks. As the job progressed, we would not be informed that workers would not be there on particular days or when they would return. I can understand that with the added complication of mold, a contractor has to juggle multiple jobs, but this would have been easier to work with if the contractor had made a point of letting us know what would happen and when. The work was finally completed, minus the final walk-through, just before we were to leave for a month in Canada. We did the final walk-through when we got back, and there were several small matters that had to be attended to. These were largely done quickly and well. The major problem was the staining of trim and the new door. The colors did not match other trim or wood in the bathroom, and in places the stain was blotchy. This was largely corrected, although the colors still aren't consistent, but we've decided to live with that. Better, more consistent and attentive communication would have eliminated most of these sources of irritation in an otherwise well executed repair and remodel. The costs were reasonable.

Replaced vanity and mirror adding electrical outlet. Installed ceiling fan and light. Replaced all bathtub plumbing fixtures. Installed wall cabinet. Installed light over the vanity. Put new plaster finish on walls and ceilings. All work done in approximately three days. Complete cleanup when work was finished. Workman was efficient and knowledgeable about working in a house over 80 years old.

The inspection went great overall. Ron arrived when he said he would be there and inspected thoroughly in every area that had some plumbing fixtures. He was very respectful of our property and would always ask before opening any cupboard door. He gave me some great suggestions for fixing some areas of concern easily and inexpensively.

WHILE DOING THE ROUGH IN THE PLUMBER RAN THE VENT PIPE ACROSS THE MIDDLE OF THE CRAWL SPACE ENTRANCE. HE DID COME BACK AND CORRECT THIS. WHEN INSTALLING THE PEDESTAL SINK THEY DIDN'T NOT INSTALL IT TO A WOOD BACKING AND WITHIN A DAY IT WAS FALLING OFF THE WALL. ANOTHER PLUMBER WAS CALLED TO INSTALL THE WOOD BACKING BUT IT INVOLVED CUTTING NEWLY INSTALLED DRYWALL.

Our experience with them was not very good. We went to their showroom to get the prices and the prices were twenty percent higher than the actual retail on the internet. It was a situation where the prices were too much. We would not recommend them to others.
