I had a leak in a pipe above my entrance way. The drywall had to be replaced and the ceiling painted. Todd was EXTREMELY responsive and took care of the job cheaper than he originally anticipated. The texture on the ceiling was unique, but they did a great job matching it.

DAVE KNEW THAT WE WERE IN A HURRY TO HAVE WORK COMPLETED AND HE GAVE US A GREAT QUOTE THE SAME DAY. DAVE BEGAN WORK THE FOLLOWING WEEK AND TOOK 5 DAYS TO COMPLETE THE JOB. Randy had to cut out damaged drywall and replace with new drywall, mud, etc. He then had to come back after it dried to sand and re-mud (normal procedure due to shrinkage, not that he did anything wrong). There was a minimal cost to have him come out the second time. To save us the cost of having him come out a third time, he told my husband how he needed to do the final sanding.

Virtually flawless work, and any noted flaws were immediately corrected. Clean-up every day, and extensive clean-up at the end of the job. I could not be happier with the job. They went above and beyond in making sure everything was to our liking. The crew did a great job painting - the rooms look amazing, the house looks like a totally new house! Will definitely have them back for more work in the future!!

Super Service Award Recent Review: Nick Landis has clearly been doing this type of work for a while and did a very neat, clean job. He tore out existing tile, tub and plumbing, built a false wall with reinforcement for grab bar and seat, repaired drywall, installed swanstone panels, shower base, shower doors and new plumbing (drain, water supply, fixtures). There was very little for us to do, apart from waiting for the adhesives and caulking to set. Everything looks and works great.
Recent Review: I had diagonal cracks in the drywall above a few doors as well as in my hallway. After researching various foundation repair companies I ended up calling United Dynamics. Jeff from United Dynamics contacted me and we setup an appointment for three weeks later. He called about three hours before the scheduled appointment to confirm our time and he did arrive on time. I showed him the problem areas and he inspected the basement, first & second floors, as well as the foundation outside. He explained to me that my foundation was settling inward and what he would do to fix it and the cost. To my amazement he went on to tell me my issues were not that bad yet and I should just patch up the cracks and wait to see if they reappear. If they did reappear then give him a call and he will come out and fix it. I have lived in Kentucky for 10 years and it is the first time I have had any interactions with a contractor who was very honest and not there just to scam money out of you or recommending repairs that were not needed. I would highly recommend him as well as United Dynamics to anyone who needs repairs to their house foundation or any other services they provide.
