Great. I have used Indy Deck Magic before and will again. Brian does a great job. He is quick and does a good job explaining what he is doing and how to best maintain you deck.

I had previously used the company two years ago, and I had them clean and stain my large wood deck again this year. The work was very well done at a competitive price, Brian was very timely and professional, and the deck looks great. I would recommend Indy Deck Magic without reservation.

STRIPPED SEMI-TRANSPARENT STAIN OFF OUR DECK AND GOT 99% OF IT. RESTAINED WITH A REGULAR STAIN AND THE DECK JUST LOOKS GREAT. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN CHOOSING STAIN COLOR AND EXPLAINING HIS WORK. STAIN STILL LOOKS GREAT.

Gathered three quotes and Troy-built was the most reasonable. There were delays during the start due to the weather, and we had an event deadline. The Troy-built team did a very professional job designing and building our deck, including moving the electrical and installing new lighting. The deck was completed just in time for our event. Overall, I would recommend Troy-built if you are considering replacing an old deck or installing new.

Brian did an excellent job for a fair, competitive price. Prior sealing of the deck by other vendors had left a substance build-up that Brian was concerned about, and he was frank about the difficulties of removing that build-up. However, he was able to clean the deck thoroughly, and applied a new seal coat that looks great.

We received quotes for composite and wood decking from several companies. Kevin's prices were by far the best and his wood decking material is superior to what other contractors use. (His wood in kiln dried, straight, shouldn't warp, and mostly free of knots). He was able to schedule our deck much more quickly than originally anticipated, agreed to a couple quirky requests of mine, and his crew completed the project skillfully.

Troy met us at our home and listened to what we wanted to have done regarding the construction of a wooden deck (on to of and existing brick deck). He scoped out the project and designed a deck that we were totally happy with. We had to put down a $100 deposit and schedule the installation (about 1 1/2 months later. The lag in construction time allowed us to get permission from our homeowners association. The drawing Troy provided was perfect and the deck was approved. About 1 week prior to beginning the deck, Troy met with us to confirm details of the project and answered all of our questions. Nothing was changed from the original design. The project team consisted of Troy, his father and his son. They estimated 1 week for the project, began on time and finished on time. The deck is BEAUTIFUL! We could not be more pleased with the results and will definitely recommend him to everyone. We are considering an addition to the deck and will use Troy-Built Wood Decks.

They were great with their communication and their work. Our deck was a tough job because it was painted by the previous owner with the wrong kind of paint. They called every night to give us an update while the job was going on and we really appreciated that. They cleaned up and were careful about their work. The price was very fair and was a good value for great work.

We were replacing and expanding a backyard deck along our pool and called several companies. John was excellent to work with. He came out with sample colors and took the time to answer all of our questions. Although he was booked for months in advance, the timeline worked out for us. His pricing was competitive and we chose him after looking at his Angie's List reviews. He did a great job and was very professional. The deck looks great, and we would use him again.
