Indianapolis Pool Remodeling

It went great. The two men that came to our house were very diligent and worked very hard. It took them about half the day to tackle this job. I am very satisfied with the work that was done. Our new pool cover looks and operates great.

I called Perma Pools to schedule an appointment to have a swimming pool installed. Bill Lambert came to my house. He was on time and very respectful. I decided to have Perma Pools install my pool. I was given an approximate time for installation and how long it would take for the project to be completed. The construction started on my pool right on schedule. It is amazing how fast they can put a pool in from start to finish. After completion of the installation, they came to my house and explained how I needed to take care of my pool. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be and they made it seem very simple. I would highly recommend Perma Pools.

STEVE HAS CLOSED OUR POOL THE LAST TWO SEASONS. HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE HAS A VERY EFFECTIVE PROCESS FOR CLEARING THE WATER FROM THE SYSTEM AND HE DOES NOT OVER APPLY ANTI-FREEZE LIKE MANY OTHER COMPANIES DO. HE IS VERY PLEASANT AND WILL OFFER SUGGESTIONS TO HELP YOU SAVE MONEY. I INTEND TO HIRE HIM NEXT SPRING TO UPDATE SOME OF OUR EQUIPMENT COMPONENTS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR ANY TYPE OF POOL SERVICE OR REPAIR.

I did a lot of researching prior to deciding which pool builder to go with. I have two neighbors who have PermaPools and are very satisfied. Seeing the quality of work beforehand was instrumental in my decision. PermaPool followed up and acted like they were interested in my business. Once work began, I was very impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. They consulted with me and made me feel a part of the process. One of the things that impressed me also was the longevity of the employees time with the company. Most had been there for many years. This told me that 1) it is a company that keeps it's employees happy and 2) they have been doing this work long enough to be really good at it. Building a pool is a complicated series of steps and not everything goes perfectly. The figure 4 rail was drilled for the wrong location but they corrected and worked with me in another area to compensate. They were always accessible and communicated appropriately with us.

NO ONE COULD POSSIBLY KNOW MORE ABOUT POOLS THAN HE DOES. HE DOES ALL OF ROGERS POOLS WORK. HE DOESNT NEED TO ADVERTISE. INSTALLED OUR POOL 19 YEARS AGO AND REMEMBERS ALL OF THE DETAILS.

My husband and I had been discussing the placement of an inground pool back in May of this year. My husband noticed a pool around the corner he liked very much and asked me to talk with the owners. I stopped and met the nicest gentleman who was kind enough to share his experience with me. The pool was lovely and he spoke highly of the installers. I made contact with PermaPools owner Bill Lambert and he showed me his products. I was very pleased with the information so a home appointment was made with Ron. The best pool options for us were determined and the contract was set. There was a waiting period because everyone wants a pool put in "yesterday" but Ron and Bill kept us in the loop. August 13th the crew came to dig the hole and place the pool. Doug and Greg with the help of their crew got all the work completed the first day in a timely fashion. My grandson and I loved how they made us feel a part of the job. The job progressed quickly because the weather was on our side. The job initially was to take three weeks and it ended up completing in two weeks and one day. The concrete work was done very well and quite efficiently with valuable input by our job chief. His practical experience really made the job quicker and cleaner. The cover guys as well as our cleaning crews have always been right on the spot for any questions or concerns I might have had over the process. The cover guys came up with helpful solutions to extend the life and improve wear and tear which we will take to heart. It was sad but on October 14th the guys came out to close the pool. It was very satisfying to my husband and I knowing our pool will be safe through the winter and easily opened in the spring thanks to James and his partner.

HE DID FIND THE PROBLEM WITHOUT ANY TROUBLE. HE WAS GREAT. WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN.

Very, very disappointed. The project took twice as long as estimated. There would be many days at a time that no one showed up to work. The final product has been riddled with problems and costly repairs. I would never recommend this company to any one!

Perma Pools opened our pool this year and did weekly services for us. They are great. Pam in the office is who we talk to; she has helped us several times in priming our pump over the phone, she is so patient and walks us through it. We decided to hire Perma Pools to do weekly service for us this year. The service guys were great and always came on the day they were scheduled. Our pool was clear and clean all season. The service team is top notch. We have recommended them to other people and they are happy with Perma Pools.

The installation of my pool went very well. Ron was wonderful to work with and was attentive and extremely responsive to all my calls, questions, concerns and upsets (due to the rainy weather at the time of installation). I would definitely use them again. I have also been pleased with the "pool school" I received from Paul, as well as service I have used from time to time since the installation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to install an in-ground pool. Sara Silvey

I emailed Diversified Pools on 6/2/2014. They responded almost immediately. Although they do not do the work that I needed done they directed me to another Angie's List provided that does. They gave me the name and phone number and the person to speak with. Way to go!! Thank you very much

They were exceptional! I could not have been more impressed. They actually re-plumbed the swimming pool and put in a new filter. It was all working fine and that evening, it developed an issue. They were back out at 8 AM the next morning and fixed that issue.

Stewart and his team are always professional. Repairs and pool closings are completed to satisfaction and in a timely manner. Great Service, highly recommend! Cost provided is for pool closing.

My salesman (Matt) asked me if I was comfortable to post my remarks about Pools of Fun. They completed my pool yesterday and it looks great. I didn't think I could afford an in ground pool. I was ready to buy an above ground pool from Watsons. My neighbor told me to call Pools of Fun because she saw at the Builder's Show Pools of Fun had a new line of pools under $20,000. My Project Manager called me everyday, and the guys who installed the pool were great. If you're thinking of an in ground pool, call Pools of Fun.
