Recent Review: Eric at Mr. FloorMan was great to work with! He happened to be out of the country when I requested a quote, but he was able to complete my quote based on pictures and information from me. The floors in my home are original to the house, which was built in 1920. There were a lot of nails in my floors from previous owners, and we were both disappointed that he was unable to remove them to completely sand the floors. Because he couldn't remove the nails, he suggested that we stain the floor to even out the color, even though we had agreed to leave them natural at first. He gave them a very good cleaning, stained, and sealed them. The stain added a little bit to the price of the service, but the floors turned out great and I'm glad I relied on his expertise! I definitely would hire him again!

Recent Review: Mark provided quality service and the job was done perfectly. All the corners around door entrances, closet floors and edges of the floor were done well and the floors look like new. Also the repair blends in with the floor. The quality of this job exceeded my expectations.

Recent Review: Just before the new year, a second floor toilet slowly overflowed for 10 hours. The result was soggy carpets, a ruined vanity cabinet, walls filled with water, ruined laminate flooring, light fixtures filled with water - you name it, it was affected - on the second and first floors and the basement. Our insurance company allowed us to pick the contractor. I wanted to work with someone local, so I checked Angie's List for help. I called A&D Hydra Clean and talked to Kyle who immediately put crews into action. They carefully inspected our home, finding places that were affected by the water that I hadn't thought to check. They pulled out affected carpet, flooring and cabinetry and installed a series of driers. Once the floors, ceiling and walls were dry, A&D replaced everything that had to come out due to water damage. They conferred with us at every step to be sure that the end result would suit our needs and desires and even made suggestions to prevent the same thing from happening again. The work happened quickly with attention to cleanliness, all the way to the final carpet cleaning. Here's the thing, not only did the work get done, every single one of the people who showed up for A&D was a delight. It was clear that each cared about our family as humans who have to work and live in our home. They put up with our cranky dog like champs. They thoroughly explained every detail to us, helping us make choices to maximize our insurance reimbursement. I would not hesitate to recommend A&D Hydra Clean.

Recent Review: The sanding and refinishing took about three days and I was very happy with the end result. The floors had several areas of scratches and all of them have disappeared. Guardian Flooring did a wonderful job!

Recent Review: They damaged my furniture. One piece was a desk that they said they would repair. The other piece was an armoire that they refuse to repair when they were the ones who moved my furniture and caused the damage. I would not use them again. It was an antique armoire.

Recent Review: I had one month to get all this work done before I moved into my 13 year-old house. Bob Workman was able to coordinate all this work into that time frame without any problems or incidents. He oversaw the work and communicated everything to me frequently. All his installers were very professional and punctual, and able to work around the painters that were working much of the time. The result is incredible; I wish I had before and after pictures to share. I highly recommend this company and would use them again if I ever move!

Recent Review: They were professional, clean and quick. They were in and out in a day and I could walk on my floor that night. They left me instructions on care maintenance and I will have them come back to do the downstairs flooring.

Recent Review: Hardwood floors were installed by a different provider 2 years ago at a cost of $20,000. The floors cupped and made loud noises due to improper installation. The flooring had to be replaced by the original provider. We requested that our new flooring be installed by All Wood Floor Services. The original provider contracted with All Wood Floor Services for this second installation. We are so grateful to Louis and his crew for the wonderful job. They were so professional and respectful of our home. Thank you for coming to our rescue! The floors look beautiful.

Recent Review: They moved out all the furniture, sanded the floors and refinished them. They showed me samples of colors right on the floor and listened to what I wanted in the new color. Finished the floors and came back to move the furniture back. I had the rooms painted and once that was done they came back when the painters were finished. I am very pleased with how nice the floors turned out. Explained the best products to use to clean the floors and what not to use. Very little dust when they sanded and I am impressed with the pride the men took in the job they were doing.
