We had a bad problem with a sliding screen door leading to the patio. Several handy men had tried to fix it to no avail. Called Paul and he came out immediately. Problem solved quickly - need a new frame for the door. He made it, came back and installed it in a timely manner - end of years of frustration. Professional, competent, friendly, etc.. What more could you ask for?

I had Screens n' Things out to replace the screen in an oversized (6'x 4') screen door my dog ran right through. they replaced it with dog-resistant screening. They warrant their installation for 1 year and the screen is warranted for 5 years. They guarantee the dogs won't be able to run through, or scratch through this screen! I originally had them scheduled for a few days earlier. through some silly mistakes they missed that date. But, mistakes happen. They were very apologetic, gave me a $20 discount and even came out on a Sunday to do the work. Excellent customer service, I think. Their work was great and the screen now feels very sturdy. I will definitely use them again for the next screening work I need.

We have an old wood screen door that need a new screen - 30 years old or so. Lots of brass nails into old wood. Paul came out and replaced quickly. Also had him "tune up" the other three items. The invoice did contain a $10 fuel surcharge.

We were very happy with the work done by Shane at Screens n Things! Our original screens that were replaced were screens that were in individual frames and clipped to the window openings. Shane installed new screens that are now in between two pieces of wood trim...no more clips and a very clean look. We are so happy with how nice the new screens look. The procedure Shane used now provides us with much cleaner looking lines and nice, tight screens. The newly installed door looks great too. We will definitely be calling on Shane's services for our future screening needs!

Shane came out to my house and removed my sliding screen door. He returned the next evening and replaced the door which he had rescreened. My wife and I are very happy with the job Shane did with the new screen. I have a Great Dane who likes to let us know she's ready to come in from outside by getting up on her back two legs and pawing on the screen with her front two paws. Needless to say, the original (cheap) screen that was in the door didn't hold up well to that at all and had ripped in a few places. Shane replaced the screen with a "heavy duty" type screen. Hopefully it will hold up better to future "OK, I'm ready to come in now" requests!

Weather delayed the project a lot, but overall Tim did a good job keeping us informed of the delays and the reasons behind them. The painting crew did a very good job and cleaned up well. There were some minor issues with some of the carpentry work, but Tim addressed those and made sure the fixes were made to our satisfaction. Over all good experience and the price was very fair compared to other quotes were received.

Well. The job looks great. He gave us several choices on doors for the screen porch and was much more economical than 3 other bids- the other bids were more remodelers and this is his main business- doing screens. He went out of his way to also repair rollers on our sliding door screens and found that when the rollers were quite expensive he was able to adjust the screen rollers and use silicone to make them function better. Thus he was cost conscious. He got the job done on time and in an efficient manner. I would hire him again.

The previous owner was a woodworker and had custom made a wooden screen door and garage entry door. When we were ready to replace them, Shane advised us that the doors were not standard. He was able to use standard doors on both as they reworked the door openings so that a standard sizes would fit.

We were so happy with the work Shane completed on our screened-in porch. We had old screens in frames that were clipped to each window and were looking old. Shane installed new screens by fitting them between 2 pieces of wood trim inside each window opening. The result was amazing. Our window lines look so much cleaner because you don't see clips on the outside of the window frames, nor do we have individual frames for each screen. The built-in screens look SO much nicer than what we had before. Shane also installed a new wooden screen door for us to complete the look. We are VERY happy with the way our porch now looks. Shane quoted us a very reasonable price and did a fantastic job! I will definitely be calling on Screens n Things for future screen installation and repairs.

Shane gave me an estimate over the phone and came over the next day. He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He replaced the damaged screen on my sliding patio door. The new screen looks excellent. He cleaned up after himself which was an added bonus. The total charge was $50.00 which I feel was very reasonable considering the complexity of the repair and the fact that he did the job outside in 5 degree temperature. I gave him a tip for his hard work. I would definitely use him again and recommend him highly.

Super Service Award Recent Review: Brian was great. Unfortunately, the weather recently was not, so it took some configuring of schedules to find a date and time that would work. But, when we did, he was in and out and did a great job. I had 10 windows cleaned, all on one floor. He started by removing the screens; then, he cleaned the exterior parts of the windows. Next, he moved inside and cleaned the interior windows and window frames. He primarily used a rubber squeegee and cloths to wipe up any excess. I would definitely recommend him and use him again in the future.

Recent Review: The overall experience was very good. The two-man crew worked well together and with us. They answered any questions we had with knowledge and politeness. I am very pleased at the quality of the construction. All the pieces fit together very well and the finish work (trim pieces and caulking) was done very carefully. The final room looks as though it fits in with the rest of the house and is not an ''add-on''. I credit this to the salesman, Fred Owens, who was very helpful with suggestions for the design of the room. He suggested three different colors (roof, room, and trim and gutters) to make the room blend in with the existing house. The work site was left clean and neat with one exception. Since the room is constructed of aluminum structural members, there were tiny metal shavings on the floor which I felt I had to clean up with a vacuum. It was not an issue with me but for someone who either didn't have the proper vacuum or couldn't do this, it might be a concern.

Recent Review: Working with Ryan Oros was a pleasure from start to finish. The start of the project was delayed due to our very slow neighborhood architectural review board. But Ryan managed to start the job as soon as we received the approval. The crew worked fast and did a great job. Recent Review: Referred to Ron by a neighbor. Took screens to him at his home. He said they would be done in 2-3 days; and he would call me when they were ready. A week later I called him and he said another couple of days, and he would call me. Since I wasn't in a big hurry for the screens, I said okay. This time I waited for 2 1/2 weeks with no call. When I called again, he said he had been sick; but was getting well and promised to have screens ready in two days. When I went to his home on the promised date; the screens were still undone and frames torn apart. I took the frames and got another person to repair the screens after a five week wait.
