The gentleman that came out and did the estimate was very nice and informative. No hard sell just the information. He and the installer both apparently love animals and were great with our dog. The installer did a great job putting the fence exaclty were we wanted it even though he had to move a portion of it after he'd already put it in. They were very careful of our exiisting landscaping. The installer also did some training with our dog and us on use of the electric fence which was very effective. Our dog figured it out in about 3 days and we've been letting him outside with no temptation on his part to go through the fence. I would highly recommend dogwatch.

Indiana Dog Fence
Had to wait an inordinate amount of time to get fence installed. Granted there was snow on the ground, but the snow had been gone and the temperature had warmed up for over two weeks. My neighbor called me and told me she called her electric fence company and they would install my fence in two days. I called Pet Stop and told them this, and I finally got my fence installed in 5 days. The gentlemen misplaced my electric fence and gave a smaller area than could have been given, as per Bob Swarm. The installer, never said he was giving the first lesson for the dogs and me. I had to take my dogs to the vet for an appointment that I had. I was told that I would call and come out for the 1st of 2 lessons. No one called. I finally called, and Bob came out. Said there was a miscommunication. We only got 1 visit instead of the two in the contract. The installer did NOT cover the cut in the driveway for the cable used to make the loop. After two phone calls, it still isn't repaid.

U Dirty Dawg
Robert installed an underground electric fence for our two dogs. The line was buried, and crossed the driveway via the concrete crack; which was neatly caulked. Installation of the electrical box was into the garage. The wire running into the garage through the wall was in conduit, and the installation very neat. I would highly recommend them for installation of a dog fence as well as day care and boarding at U Dirty Dog. Rick and Shelley Lambert

HE WAS A LITTLE PUSHY AND PUTS DOWN HIS COMPETITION. THEY DID OFFER FREE TRAINING BUT AFTER THE SALE THEY EMPHASIZED THE TRAINING WAS ONLY IF YOU NEED IT!! OVERALL I WAS PLEASED WITH PRODUCT. I WAS SURPRISED THAT THEIR PRODUCT WAS A LITTLE CONFUSING WITH THE NUMBERING SYSTEM.

QUOTE WAS SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS LESS THAN ANOTHER COMPANY FOR COMPARABLE EQUIPMENT. CHOSE NOT TO GO WITH COMPANY BECAUSE COMPETITOR MATCHED PRICE AND HAD MUCH SMALLER COLLARS WHICH WERE MORE COMPATIBLE WITH MY SIZE DOGS.

THEIR SALES PITCH WAS MORE MORE APPEALING. THEY OFFER ADDITIONAL TRAINING AT NO CHARGE. THERE WAS MORE ELECTRICAL INTERFERENCE THAN I WAS LEAD TO EXPECT, THOUGHT THEY ADDRESSED THIS VERY PROMPTLY.

Dave came out and we walked the lot to identify where the cable would go. I live on a pond and I wanted my dog to have access to the shore. That meant placing the cable in the water. Dave got it out there well enough but a couple of weeks later he had to come back. A muskrat had chewed through the cable! He spliced in the thickest cable they had and we found a great way to get it out in the water a good way from shore. No problems since. In summary, the product is quality and works very well (I have it on the lowest settings), the service is very friendly and responsive to my needs. I would definitely recommend to others.

Recent Review: This fence is wonderful! We have a new German Shepherd puppy and wanted something more secure than an electric fence, which we had with our previous Shepherd. We priced chain link fencing, which was over twice the cost and, in our opinion, not at all attractive. This fence is barely visible and blends well with the landscape. Now our dog has lots of room to run and we do not have to be concerned about her getting out of the yard. We also hope that the fence will keep the deer out, which would be a big plus. Additionally, it gives us the option of taking in rescue dogs should we choose to do that. Victor was very responsive and the job was done promptly after we signed the contract. He also offered the great suggestion of extending the fence into a wooded area of our property beyond our yard which gives the dog more room and puts that portion of the fence completely out of sight. His crew moved wood and trimmed back bushes at no additional cost. I highly recommend Pet Playgroundz to anyone seeking secure a yard for a pet at a very reasonable cost.

Recent Review: OUR SYSTEM WAS STRUCK BY LIGHTNING AND THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY AND REPLACED THE TRANSMITTER (THE PART THAT PLUGS INTO THE HOUSE). THEY ALSO SEND ME BATTERIES ABOUT EVERY THREE MONTHS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
