Everything was great. Tim was very prompt in coming over to inspect the roof and present the estimate. He had the crew out a few days later and they did a fantastic job. As they were removing the metal, it was discovered that the decking had rotted away in several places. They did not skip a beat, replaced the decking, and finished the job. Everything was hauled away and cleaned up just like it was before they started. I would highly recommend Tim and Palazzo Restoration. I am even going to have them come back out and replace the roof on our barn!

1st day showed up Cut most of the metal for the roof .2nd day Worked 8am to after 5pm.3rd day worked about 9am to after 7pm. 4th day worked from 8:30 till the job was finished. Upon my inspection the next day I notice thay put a seem in one of the panels on the front of the house ,called and asked them about it an thay agreed to replace it . After the snow had melted thay came back and replaced the panel and did there final cleanup . Note it snowed off and on all 4 days thay were here.

I received a quick estimate. Was told up front when the project would be started, how long it would take and I would be notified the day before they started. All was exactly as I was told. The crew were respectful of my property. They cleaned up everything. Rod came and inspected the team's job before asking for final payment. He wanted to make sure everything was just right. I love my new roof and it was done so quickly and efficiently. The price was reasonable as well.

I have worked with Bone Dry a few times and not had the greatest experience with the last service which was not roofing related. I thought I'd try again, and this was a totally different story. The estimator was prompt and helpful and the day of the project Carlos was on-time, removed the old roofing and all the pieces as if it had never been there, replaced some damaged wood, and re-shingled all while sending text photo updates. He did a fantastic job, everything was just as discussed, and in just the amount of time that was projected. I really appreciated that even though this was a tiny project by their standards that it seemed to get full attention.

I contacted Travis Ivers in July of 2013 about installing a metal roof on my house and he came out the next day and arrived when he said he would. I did my studies before contacting a company and Travis was polite and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The work was started on 8/2/13 and complete on 8/12/13. I called Travis on several occasions at home with questions during the process and Travis was understanding and caring about any concerns I had. The roof turned out great and looks really good. I waited until winter to write a review to make sure I would have no leaks with standing snow on the roof and everything is all good. I would also like to mention that his brother Shannon who is co. owner was very polite and also answered any question I had along with the crew they had working with them. They are a very good and trustworthy company.

I saw their advertisement in the newspaper. They just did a fantastic job. They are just outstanding. They don’t use the telephone and they don’t drive so they had a gentleman with them that drove the truck. He was the one that took the phone call I understand. Two young gentlemen went up on the roof in the morning. First of all when they came an older man went up and measured everything. He told us what day they will be here. They came on that day and went up on the roof. Then they didn’t come down until it was done. They did the entire roof. They came here around 9 o’clock in the morning and they finished up by 5 o’clock that day. When they put a metal roof on, they don’t take the older roof off. They put a covering over the older roof and then they put the metal roof on top of that. I had a guy come to the house. He has been buying houses here around Ingalls which has been repossessed. He has been fixing them up and renting them. He told me the cost of roof on our house would have been over $8000 and he asked me what I paid. I told him $6200. He had a pretty good idea what it was. If I needed a new roof I would use them again in the future. I guess the roof is guaranteed for 40 years.

JIM STEWART WAS VERY PERSONABLE. HE AND HIS HELPER TOOK TIME AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE FINISHED PRODUCT LOOKS VERY CLEAN. THEY DID SOME REPAIR TO THE EXISTING PLANKING AND SUPPORT AROUND THE CHIMNEY WHERE SOME PREVIOUS WORK HAD BEEN SHODDILY DONE. THEY WERE VERY GOOD ABOUT CLEANING UP AFTER THEMSELVES BEFORE THEY LEFT THE JOB SITE EVERY DAY.

Dorwin (job site supervisor) arrived Thursday at the time promised... Dorwin discussed with me job plan and details to insure we were on the same page pertaining to what order the job will be done. I was pleasantly surprised to see how efficient and organized the crew was in setup and installing the metal roofing. The crew was very polite and paid attention to any concerns I had. Dorwin, arrived with the crew every morning - going over details of that days plan. Dorwin was in & out but would return to check on the progress and discuss with me the results.. The bottom line is this- Dorwin & his crew was very professional -very polite and completed the job in 3 days (as promised) and I would highly recommend this company and I would use them again..

Michael B was very prompt at returning an email and eventually an estimate. They did an excellent job without having to come to my house (using satellite images). Of course it is just an estimate and disclaimer said they would do an on site measurement before settling on a guaranteed price. Recent Review: John from AMOS did a roof inspection following a hail storm. Although many in the neighborhood had damage my roof escaped significant damage but while on the roof John repaired a couple shingles that were blown off at no charge. Another company previously inspected and offered to fix the roof for their $275 flat fee so obviously I'm pretty happy with John and AMOS. It just reaffirmed the other AMOS reviews I saw here and they'll have a future customer when my roof actually needs replaced.

Super Service Award Recent Review: Ramsey from Russell Hill showed up on time to inspect our roof. He did a great job outlining the areas where we had damage and put a plan together to help with the repairs. We were selling our house and needed to have some of the soft metals replaced. Their crew was professional, did everything they said they would do in the time period they gave me at the start of the project. Ramsey followed up after the project to make sure everything was good on our end. It’s tough to find good contractors but I would definitely recommend Russell Hill! Great work at a reasonable price and they did everything they committed to!

This is a family owned and operated company. It was important to us that the company use it's own employees and not outside contractors. Mike Burdine came out for the initial visit. He looked at the roof and was able to give us a detailed estimate at that time. We also discussed the time frame which of course was subject to the weather. The work was completed in two and a half days which was exactly as estimated. The price was exactly as estimated. We did add snow guards. The crew was totally professional. When they arrived, they went to work immediately. We need to note that they worked during a very cold spell and never missed a beat. The work was monitored and attention paid to every detail. There was a follow up when the work was completed. I would highly recommend the Burdines/Metal Solutions. It was a pleasure to work with them. We love our new roof!!
