We had two gentlemen come out to do a few repairs. They were on time and extremely professional. The light fixture they installed was a little tedious to put together due to the location and number of pieces but they replaced it in record time and was very very thoughtful and prepared when it came to protecting/securing the work area and its surrondings. I really appreciated that they took the time to explain what they were going to do, how they were going to do it. They took the time to put matts down and ensure nothing got dirty or messy. It was a bad clog far back in the line in the wall but the tech was able to clear it after nearly an hour's effort without damaging the 55 year drain pipe in the wall. Drain runs better than it ahs in years.

I asked for an estimate for replacing the faucets that I knew were corroded, leaking, old, and living by grace only. I wanted them replaced before I had a fountain in the bathroom! BFP was unable to replace the faucets without replacing the sink, but the job was done professionally and at a reasonable cost. They even included a shut-off valve for the sink. I forgot to have my husband purchase the service agreement, but the company agreed the next morning to allow me to make that purchase, and even applied the discounts to the evening before's repairs. The discount alone paid for the cost of the contract. So gracious and willing to go the extra mile!! (And the bathroom looks beautiful!!)

THIS WAS ADDITIONAL WORK FOR BEDELL PLUMBING AFTER CLEANING OUT THE SEWER LINE THE PREVIOUS WEEK. WAS GIVEN A QUOTE FOR THE WORK DURING THE FIRST VISIT. SET APPT WITH ALAN FOR FOLLOWING WEEK. HE ARRIVED PRECISELY AT THE APPOINTED TIME. AND AS BEFORE, HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. ALAN WAS TRAINING A NEW RECRUIT FOR BEDELL NAMED BRIAN. BRIAN WORKED IN THE BASEMENT WITH THE REROUTING AND REPLACEMENT OF PART OF THE PLUMBING LINE. HE TOO, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND APPEARED TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS DOING. ALAN INSTALLED THE VANITY AND FAUCET WITH NO PROBLEMS. BOTH MEN COMPLETED THEIR JOBS AT ABOUT THE SAME TIME. TOTAL WORK TIME WAS ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF, THEN WITH CLEAN UP AND WRITING UP THEIR BILL THEY WERE OUT OF HERE IN JUST UNDER 2 HOURS. THE CHARGE WAS $522. I DONT KNOW IF THAT IS A FAIR AND REASONABLE PRICE BUT I SUPPOSE ALL PLUMBING IS HIGH.

He was great; he was absolutely great. I will definitely have him again. He was knowledgeable. He needed help because the vanity top was heavy marble; I wasn't sure I could handle it and so he called a friend to come over and help him. His friend was over in a few minutes and helped him move it in. His friend left and Mike completed the rest of the work. He looked at another problem outside that I have and though he isn't licensed to help outside, he gave me a lot of ideas about it and recommended a friend of his that did outside work. I always wish the price was less and I didn't get other estimates but I think his price was fair. He was the best.

Great experience! He was a real nice guy and trustworthy. He explained everything he was doing and was very detailed with his work. He even came back on a Sat. morning to paint after his drywall patching was dry.he was very particular about his painting. He wanted stokes and rollers to match with existing paint job- Wow! Everything he did was top notch. I will definately use him again with no hesitation at all. The price I paid was a real bargain.
