Indianapolis Inground Pool Installation

It went very smooth. They had it installed in a timely manner. Ron was always prompt with any service issues that we had. They were very friendly. The pool looks fantastic.

He originally offered to seed and straw, but he ended up doing more and he actually resodded the area. He also lugged up all the pool equipment from the basement.

Had a really bad experience after Mudslingers installed our pool. 3 years after install we developed a crack about 10 feet long on one side of the pool. After 15 different attempts to get help, no one ever showed up. They tried to get a sub contractor to come look but never happened. 2 years later all the tile fell off one side of the wall. I begged them to come look and they blamed freeze/thaw damage. I hired a structural engineer and he agreed but not because of my fault, Mudslingers never caulked the expansion joint which allowed water behind the tile and caused the damage. Of course they take zero responsibility for anything. All 4 companies I had estimate the repairs could not believe the expansion joint was never caulked. I even paid for a 3rd party structural engineer who gave me a report stating the same. Very poor workmanship and about the worst service after the sale I have experienced. I spent a total of $12,500 to repair both the tile and have the pool re plastered.

Kim is great and very well versed in swimming pool construction and maintenance. He went above and beyond to help make sure the work was done the way I wanted. If you have a pool and want to pour concrete, these are the guys. We had some contractors give us an estimate and they had no experience around a swimming pool. Go with experience.

The project was very professionally done. They were more than helpful in the designing process in deciding exactly what we wanted as far as stamp pattern, colors, etc. Then when the time came to complete the project, they were very meticulous in their work. They were hard working and had it done in only a couple of days, and unlike a lot of companies, Bill, the owner, was even out there working and sweating along with everyone else, to me that says they do really care about the work and service they provide. Everyone that was here was friendly and professional. The end result is absolutely beautiful. Every single person that has been here since and has seen it has told us how much they love it, we have gotten so many comments about how nice it is and what a good job was done on it. And we are having several other projects done on our home, so a lot of these comments came from other contractors along with comments from family and friends. We would highly recommend Earth Creations and if ever we have another concrete project, we will definitely be using them again.

We really enjoyed working with Perma Pools. They have a truly fabulous crew with both Ron and Ed Fushion. They were always responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and, timely. We never felt pressured to sign a contract and always felt welcomed to make changes if necessary. We can't say enough about them! The gentleman who came out to do the "pool school" training was great too - very knowledgeable and he talked to us when explaining and not down to us. His humor turned a what could be boring (but important) talk into a learning session that was fun:) Maddie who always answered the phone was always so cheerful and friendly - she was always a pleasure to talk to and helpful. The same goes for Christen Bailey. We truly loved that the Perma Pool team was so customer service oriented and friendly. Perma Pools is lucky to have them and the work ethic that they bring to their work each day. One last thing! We found Perma Pool's website when we googled pool companies in the Indianapolis area and Perma Pools came up. It was literally the first one we clicked on and were very impressed by their transparency and providing the names of other companies who also do good work that we didn't call any other company. Upon our initial call we were put in touch with Ron Fushion and met with him to learn more about Perma's services and cost. Only at Ron's recommendation - when we told him that we had not looked at any other companies - to do our research did we reluctantly do our due diligence. What we discovered was that our first impression of Perma Pools from their website was that we wanted to move forward with them and no one else! The other companies we called were either not so friendly and / or were unwilling to give general price quotes. The fact that we were never pressed to sign a contract, but always felt important (during the sale phase and there after) made it an easy decision to go with Perma Pools and once again confirmed that we had made a wise decision. Perma Pools was always on time with each phase of the process and coordinated all of the trades with such flawlessness. We very happy with our choice in Perma Pools!

Our complete pool experience was exceptional. Would recommend to anyone. Not one complaint. There employees from the store staff, sales staff, installers, just everyone was fantastic.

Matt was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He look at the size and depth of my pool and gave me an estimate to properly remove and fill in the pool so that I don't run into foundation issues in the future. He did send me the quote on email. At this point I am just waiting to make sure it financially makes sense to move forward with this project, but will keep in touch with Matt if/when we decide to move forward.

After a phone consult and an on-site consult, Matt and his guys excavated our old inground pool in 1.5 days with no complications and no need for aggravation on our part.They were just back last week to check on the new grass. They filled in a couple of spots, but that seemed like all that needed to be done. Thanks guys!

The deck is very solid and looks great. After the first part was built we asked if the stairs could be relocated, and they cheerfully agreed to do that even though it called for another trip to the lumber yard for another upright. They cleaned up very well after themselves, and even kindly hauled an item out to the front for us, for heavy trash pickup! We recommend sunscreen for them--it was a hot day and the shirtless one looked like a lobster at the end of the second day.

Our experience was and is excellent through the entire process. Discussing and investigating initial pool and other assoc features with Angie, working with her husband Paul and his crew through construction and their staff during winter shut downs and spring start ups. There great service continues now while going into their shop for water tests and purchasing chemicals. The few problems or concerns we have experienced have been properly taken care without any hassle what so ever.

Called three excavators for estimates. Augusta was the first to respond, had the lowest estimate, and was able to start work promptly. They were courteous and professional in every respect. Highly recommended.

They did an excellent job in fillng in an inground swimming pool: breaking up steel sidewalls, concrete bottom and surrounding pad, filling with sand/topsoil and leveling surrounding area. Very punctual. Even though task took longer and required more fill dirt than anticipated, there were no additional charges. Crew worked over the weekend to finish the job. Area was left very next and clean.

HE IS JUST EXCELLENT!!! HE IS TOPS! HE IS SO HONEST. HE IS A GREAT CARPENTER, VERY METICULOUS. EVERYTHING HAS TO FIT. HE WORKS ALL ALONE. HE WORKS UNTIL HE HAS IT JUST AS HE WANTS IT. GREAT!!

The entire installation went very well. Every person they sent was pleasant and very skilled at their job. Perma Pools told us up front what the total cost would be, the schedule to install it and all of our options. They were ahead of schedule all the way and did a very nice job. I would recommend them to anyone. They always responded to our questions in a timely manner and kept us informed during the entire installation.
