Indianapolis Hardie Board Installation

They did an excellent job. They were very prompt. The installers were very knowledgeable. They showed up when they said they would and there were no extra charges. They were very easy to deal with.

They still have not given me the estimate. I tried to leave messages and contact him via email but he has not gotten back with me.

The company, Grizzly Construction, are one of the worst in the business. They made my home look like an abandon looking house. They have basically stole $6500 from me because they never completed the job they were paid to do. I would never use them or recommend them to anyone. I paid them a deposit of half the amount quoted in September. The work was to begin in October, when I would be out of town for work, and be completed by the end of October. By the middle of October no work was started on the house. I inquired why nothing has been started and their answer was that they were stuck on another project that was taking a little longer than expected. By the time I got home at the first of November, work on my house still has not been started. I called them to threaten to get my money back and workers showed up that afternoon to start removing siding from my house. After two weeks of SOME work being done, they ask for more money and I gave them $2000 thinking that now my house will get done. I left for work in Florida the week before Thanksgiving thinking that when I got back in April that the siding would be completed. My wife informed me, in the middle of December, that no work has been done since I left for Florida. There were old boards on the ground, a wagon full of debris that has not been removed and half of my house was exposed to the weather which is one of the worst winters in Indiana history. At the beginning of January my wife and I both tried 3 - 4 times each to talk to the contractors but to no avail. We had to get a lawyer involved to get one of the partners to at less return our phone calls. I have had 2 new contractors give us quotes to get the job done and both recommend starting the whole siding process over. They both said that things were done incorrectly from wrong nails used to flashing around windows installed incorrectly. I am still out $6500 and now I have to hire another contractor to complete the job. This contractor is unprofessional and should not be doing work on anyone?s property.

The siding crew and the painting crew were very professional and the work was done on time as promised. David is very knowledgeable about construction and his specific business. They cleaned up after they were done and we've had tons of compliments about the new look of our house. Had one issue to fix and they came back and addressed as promised. Would definitely recommend them.

Not bad. Actually, started 2 days after original completion date. 3 man crew worked hard, long and fast not necessarily a good thing? Perhaps should work a bit slower, more cautious. Some issues with weather.

tWe dealt with Justin Webb initially re: the estimate and also dealt with Ryan Oros, one of the co-owners of the Company. Either Justin or Ryan oversaw the job every day. The siding crew was efficient anf very hard working. The paint/caulk crew headed by Jose was excellent. He was very careful and detailed. They offered the services of a Sherwin Williamd color consultant to help us decide on our color scheme. We are very happy with the end product. Everything looks great and the Hardie Board and Miratec trim should hold up well for years to come (50!)! We highly recommend Aztec if you are considering a Hardie siding installation. They are a Hardie preferred provider.

The estimates got off to a rough start with our first contact at Cochrane. As soon as We got passed along to Jamie Miller, however, things started moving. Jamie was quick to respond and work with our insurance company, where other companies were unwilling to do so. We are pleased with how the project turned out.

Mike Dittmer was extremely easy to work with and his crew was very professional. Scheduling was accomplished without any problems and the job was started and completed on time.

Great! The owner could not have been better and the job completely met our expectations.

He was wonderful, he had some problems and didn't charge me extra. His bid was in the middle of the others I got. He was very responsive and patient. A year later I noticed I had a leak in my downstairs and he came immediately. He showed me it wasn't from the siding, the cable guy had done something to cause the leak. He didn't come with equipment, but he left and got some then came back and made the repair with no hassle. He has been excellent, he always calls me back within a day of me calling him. He is professional and puntucal and I would use him again in the future

THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR US. FRED BEYNE WAS THE SALESMAN AND THE FOREMAN ON OUR JOB. HE EDUCATED US ON THE PRODUCT, PRICED THE JOB, SET UP THE SCHEDULING, CHECKED ON THE DELIVERY OF MATERIALS, AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS READY TO GO ON OUR START DATE. THE JOB RAN ''LIKE A SMOOTH STRETCH OF HIGHWAY.'' EASY. NO PROBLEMS. THE INSTALLATION CREW WAS EXCELLENT. WORK WAS DETAILED, EFFICIENT, AND WORK SITE WAS VERY CLEAN AT COMPLETION. FRED WALKED US THROUGH A FINAL INSPECTION AND MADE SURE WE WERE PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THIS IS A FAMILY-OWNED BUSINESS AND IT SHOWS. THESE FOLKS REALLY TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK AND ARE APPRECIATIVE OF YOUR BUSINESS. TWO THUMBS UP FOR HELDMAN SIDING!

We had a few weather delays, but the team from JD Hostetter really does a superb job. Very quick and excellent workmanship. I got a lot of great comments from my neighbors about how great the house looks. Will definitely use this crew again.

VERY SATISFIED, EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP. ONLY MINOR COMPLAINT IS WE DID NOT SPECIFY THE METHOD TO BE USED TO PAINT THE SIDING UNTIL AFTER EVERYTHING WAS SIGNED. WE WOULD HAVE PREFERRED EVERYTHING TO HAVE BEEN BRUSHED/ROLLED.

I cannot say enough good things about this whole experience with Aztec. The siding crew was respectful of our property and worked long hours to get the job done. The painters were equally efficient. I was concerned about the paint job on our front door because we love the color and have had problems with painters in the past getting it right. This time it was perfect on the first try. We are totally please with the whole experience and especially recommend Justin Webb, the sales director we worked with. He returned emails promptly and addressed quickly the few questions and concerns we had.
