I I had a heat treatment to rid my home of bedbugs on 6/7. I had several companies to give me estimates. I took a chance on your company based on the info from the sales person and how he sold the treatment process. On the day of the treatment the technicians were late, due to vehicle issues. The technicians were great, very personable and accommodating to assist us in every way to make the process go as smooth as possible. My issues is with the customer service. I was never contacted on when the return inspection was to take place. After a week I called and was told the appt was on 6/28 between 8:30 and 10:30. I call back last week to follow-up to ensure they were coming on 6/28, I was told they were. It is 6/28, 10:00 no one here yet. I called your office and spoke with Robert, he told me he tried to contact the technician and it was going to voice mail. He said he would text the technician have him call me and he would keep trying to contact him and he would call me back to give me an update. At 11:15 I call your office once again, spoke with Tamara explained my concern. She said let me talk to Robert and find out if he contacted the technician. Robert advised me The technician does not work on Saturday. I am upset because why would you schedule an appt on a day that they do not work and why Robert failed to call me to let me know the guy was not coming. I am home all morning long with no communication from anyone. This is poor customer service at its worst.
