This was for my rental unit and Levinson's team went in, gave me an estimate and completed the job the same day. I've not gone in and checked the repairs myself but my renter told me the repairs were done pretty well. However, the guys who did the work didn't speak much English but my renter told me the paint didn't match even though the guys said it would match up after drying which did not happen. I sent April a note, but haven't heard back anything yet. It was standard builder's paint so not sure why the paint didn't match

A ONE MAN PAINTING TEAM
Jose Ortiz did a wonderful job of drywall repair and painting two rooms in my house. His estimate was accurate, and he actually did a few things above and beyond his estimate. Jose is very polite and pleasant to be around. My only complaint is his punctuality. During the three days of work he was at least two hours late. I work at home so it wasn't a really big deal, but a phone call to let me know he was running late would have been nice. All things considered I would still recommend his company, if timeliness is important, let him know and I'm sure he will comply

April arrived with one other person to begin working. I showed her the the two spots that needed to be repaired, and she got to work. They laided drop clothes down and was very clean in their work. I was very impressed with the quality. So I asked them for a quote on another spot that I had, and they charged me less than the hourly rate, even though this additional work took about an hour. They even spoted a hole I wasn't aware of and fixed it no charge. Only thing I would suggest is that April get some more staff, as she has become very busy, so it takes a little time to get on her calendar. Other than that, great service, and would use again

Levinson's Construction
I noticed high reviews on Levinson's Construction and now I know why. They did excellent work on a repair that I had done. The repair man did not rush and he took great pride in his work (which he should). The owners really listen to your needs and they came out while the work was being done to insure everything was going well. They even helped me match the paint on my walls as the paint that I had was not an exact match. The repair man stopped painting, went to the supply store to make a better match and came back to my home! Most would just use the paint that you had, but Levinson's Construction wanted to make it perfect. I am very happy with the repairs and plan to use Levinson's Construction in the future

This was a tough job and Ed did great work. Our existing ceiling was out of level by nearly an inch and the fix was not going to be easy. Ed came up with a good solution and the end product looked great! He also installed tile on 2 walls of the bathroom.These were existing walls and like the ceiling, there were bumps and curves. Ed did a beautiful job. Anytime an issue came up he made sure to consult with us on the best way to proceed to make sure we would be happy with the end product. I was very happy with his attention to detail and would use him again

I accidentally punched a hole in my ceiling drywall while working in the attic. As luck would have it, this was in the high ceiling area of the house. I contacted a couple of providers to fix this, but Jose from Arguera's Paint was quick to call back. I thought his estimate was fair, considering the tricky location of the hole, and he was able to schedule the job very quickly. Jose and his partner were punctual, pleasant to deal with, and good at what they do. Would hire again

we had a master bath electrical outlet that had gotten to the point that you couldn't plug anything in or unplug anything without the dry wall breaking. One of those irritants that aren't important enough to call out an electrician to fix. So, as is becoming normal in our household - we call Troy. Yes he can do it. Yes he can do it this week. As usual he arrives on time, starts the work promptly, has all of his materials, supplies and tools available. He had the entire job finished in no time. I didn't look at the clock but I don't think it took more than 30 minutes to make our drywall behind the outlet look like nothing had ever been wrong with it. We will continue to call on Troy for any of our miscellaneous household needs.
