Houston Basement Leak Repair

Willie and his team did fantastic work. After contacting numerous other "foundation experts", Willie provided the best plan and backed it up with his overall knowledge and certification/training in basement/foundation repair. He and his team do great work and take no short-cuts when it comes to the overall quality of the work. He also was very flexible when other requests were made and he gladly accommodated. He has a passion for his business, customers and takes great pride in his work. The basement and porch are now fixed and look great. Best of all is that we have confidence the work performed will last.

Allied showed up early and professionally repaired our foundation. The cracks in our walls were gone and they patched up the stone and brick on the exterior of house. They repaired parts of our deck they had to cut into to access our foundation and also put back all the landscaping we had around the house. They made sure our doors were closing well, even adjusting door hinges for us. They cleaned up after themselves and our wrap around porch was left cleaner than before they arrived. Their prices were good and they held to estimated price. The only category not receiving an A was responsiveness, and I gave them a B because they were sometimes difficult to reach, with voicemail being full and unable to reach a contact person. But overall great job with the foundation repair.

They were extremely professional. An English speaking person always stayed with the crew. It was during one of the rainiest times and they stayed to finish the work coming back checking the job to see if they could get more done. All my really important, valuable shrubs in the flower bed were protected and unharmed. I would hire them again if I needed...hopefully I won't.

Ty Strickland was prompt in scheduling an appointment to come give an estimate for the repairs. He arrived on time, actually eary, and did a very thorough inspection. He was professional and friendly. He gave us a very fair estimate which was much lower than a competitor's bid. We knew our neighbor's across the street had scheduled someone to do their foundation repair so we took him over to meet them and he gave them a very good estimate, also much lower than the competitor. We scheduled the work and while they didn't do the work on the day scheduled because of delays on another job, they did arrive early the next day, did the work, cleaned up and rechecked the house level before leaving. They couldn't repair the concrete areas where they had to dig it out because it started raining. But came out the next week and did the work. I was not entirely happy with how they repaired the concrete on my back porch. They seemed to be in a big hurry. There was wet cement all over my back door and patio wall that I had to clean up myself. Also the patch was not leveled to the existing concrete. Overall, I would definitely recommend Fix My Slab.

They arrived exactly as they estimated and started work immediately. Work was completed within 4 days and all plants were returned without any loss. Extra soil was spread over back lawn exactly as requested. They even went beyond expectation by repairing doors that would not shut. They even fixed two outside water faucets that were leaking so as not to loose water during their work. All the employees were GREAT and a complete cleanup was completed at the finish of work. Very professional company. I will recommend them to anyone needing this type of work.

I highly recommend Joe Winters and his crew of Honesty foundation. Joe was doing work at my daughter's house and I also had Joe give me a quote at my house that I thought had foundations problems. Once he looked at the house inside and out he told me that I didn't have any issues. It was only normal settling. This proves that he truly is honest. The crew was also professional, knowledgeable and helpful when I had questions. They cleaned up nicely and left the property the way that they found it. The original quote was $6,700.00 with several inside and outside piers since the house was imploding. We also knew that unless there was an I beam in the living room the work in that section couldn't be guaranteed. Once the work was started there was an I beam where it needed to be so the scope of the project changed. To do the job correctly additional interior piers were needed. We agreed to do what ever it took to do the job correctly the first time. Since the final cost was several thousand more than the original quote Joe reduced the price so that it wasn't much more than the original quote even though 50% more work was done. I will definitely use Joe in the future if i have foundation issues.

This job required extensive work in and around my home. The supervisor, Frederico, explained every detail of the job. They moved and covered my furniture and removed plants from the front of the house.. Although my house was a total mess during the day, the men cleaned up each afternoon and covered holes so that I was safe during the night. The men were extremely polite and thoughtful. I was very impressed with the quality of the job and the men representing the company. I will recommend AAA Foundation, without hesitation!

I called All Texas Foundation to look at the situation as they had done work on the house for the same problem six years ago for the previous owner of the house. ATF says they warranty their work and the warranty is transferrable to a new owner. Mr. Marks came to my house on time, looked at the situation and said he would check his records to be sure he had done the work. After not hearing from him for several days, I called his office and his secretary confirmed she had the job records and Mr. Marks would review them and call me back. I checked a second time and recieved the same answer. To date Mr. Marks has not returned my calls. I can only assume he did not want to warranty his work! I had someone else do the job.

Had done repair work 20 years ago, therefor Hytech readjusted a couple of the original piers and added 4 new ones. The staff was courteous, on time, professional and totally put everything back to as close to as it was when they got there. Having a foundation repaired is messy work and really tears up a yard, etc. When I got home after work was completed I was pleasantly suprised to see that they had repaired all that they did. I chose this company over two other estimates that were basically in the same ballpark however I got the impression from both of them that they might and quot;findand quot; something else that needed to be done once they got into the project. They both kept emphasizing that fact and that it would cost more if that was the case. Did not trust either. I would highly recommend this foundatioin repair company.
