prepay half of the money. So, the next day I went back to their store, signed a contract, paid half the money and went home. The following day, two gentlemen showed up, measured the pool and drain dimensions and told me the liner and the drains should be installed in about 7-10 days and definatly in no more than 2 weeks. Ten days go by and, again, I hear nothing, called them back on April 10th, spoke to another person who told me he the liner has not arrived, he will call the liner manufacturer for a status update and get back to me. Got a call from him at around 6 PM telling me that he could not speak with the person he needed to and it will be Monday before he can give me the needed info. Well, Monday came and no call, I called them again, was told they will call the manufacturer and get back to me ASAP. About an hour later, got a call from them telling me they are having difficulty with pool measurements and will need to measure again!? This is day 13 and I am concerned, so got in my car and went to their showroom, spoke to a young lady who told me measurement difficulties happen all the time and the person who can help me is off for the day and he will be calling me the next day. Next day came and no call, I again drove to their store and met up with the lady who had initially helped me. I asked, for the umpteen time, when should I expect to have my pool liner installed? She was very dismissive and frankly rude, told me this is taking too long (no kidding!) and is "costing me money", and she likes to refund my money! So, I wasted 15 days, made 4-5 trips to their store, got treated like dirt and have nothing to show for it!
