Reviews in Greensboro for Installing Outlets

I purchased a $135 two hour labor special. Initially the installer arrived and had an incorrect job duty expected. He thought he was replacing an existing 220V outlet with a new outlet. When I explained that the job was to install a brand new outlet in a room in a different area of the house he looked under the house and explained the job would require an additional worker and more materials that he did not have on him. He apologized for the confusion and we set a follow-up meeting to complete the job. The workers were scheduled to arrive between 8am and 10am. They arrived at 10:45am but did call prior to let me know they were running behind and when they would be there. This is the only reason I gave a B rating on punctuality. The workers got right to the job figuring out the best course of action to complete the job as the house was built in 1902 with multiple attic spaces and very low clearance in the crawl space (probably 8"-12" varying). Ultimately they used teamwork to have one of the workers go as far as they could in the crawl space and fish a line outside to the electrical box where the other worker could install the new breakers and connect the wiring. They then came in through the bathtub access point and fished wires to the utility room where they installed the new outlets. The job was done quickly (90 minutes) and professionally. I would highly recommend Roby to anyone as they are easy to work with, listened to my suggestions/concerns, and did the work to expectations.

Everything turned out well, and I had no problems with the service. The gentleman was friendly and professional, cleaned up after himself, and seems to have done a good job. The owner also came by the house, too.

They were so excellent I will defiantly use them over and over again. Very reasonable owner, very willing listen to try and find solutions. I like them very much. Very professional . very applicable. He brought an assistant. They were very much "Johnny on the spot". They were checking stuff, doing everything that need to be done. Giving me a approximate amount of time that it would take and it was much shorter, he charged me to the time he was actually there.

Fred showed up on time did absolute fabulous job of installing the outlet that we had. It was quite a task as he had to go up to the subfloor and into the wall to attach the outlet box. Fred was courteous and cleaned up after. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone.

Great! Thad was very responsive and did extra work in order to make the job easier for the other contractors working on my kitchen remodeling project. I had seen estimates of the work to be done on another service provider search site. Thad's price was much less, and his work was perfect!

They never even contacted me. Found someone by myself. I'll NEVER use Angie's list again. Not reliable. This is the third time I've tried and never got a response.

Fred the owner was terrific and very professional. Fred replaced an outlet and we were pleased with his helpfulness and quality work. We were very satisfied and we would use him again and recommend this company to others. I called him recently on another issue and he walked me through some troubleshooting steps on the phone which saved me a service call. You don't experience that every day. We also felt the pricing was very reasonable. We definitely will be using him again for other services.

After a basement water issue, I needed to install an indoor drainage system and sump pump. The sump pump needed a dedicated electrical outlet. Unfortunately, the only electrical outlet in my entire garage was on the ceiling, which was really only convenient for the garage door opener. Due to a last minute cancellation, I was able to schedule the installation of my drainage system almost immediately. The one electrician I had used before never responded to my message, so I looked on Angie's List. Thad called me almost immediately after I requested a quote. He met with me that day to give me an estimate. My job required cutting through my basement wall and installing a pipe to place the electrical outlets on my cinder block walls. Since I didn't have another functional outlet in the garage, I asked him to install a second outlet along the same path. Thad came back on Saturday morning (just two days later) and installed both outlets while working around the guys who were still working on my basement. His price was very reasonable (only $400 for both outlets), and I very much appreciated his timeliness. I will definitely be calling him again if I have any other electrical issues.

Adam Sloop organized this project. He was very responsive to my emails and scheduled a convenient time to come out and provide me with an estimate. What’s even better, he went above and beyond and arranged for his team to come back to my home (same day as the estimate) to complete the job! I was so happy to have this work completed so quickly. I recommend RoCo Electrical Services and would certainly use them again.

Recent Review: He estimated what the price might be. In reality it actually turned out to be less than that. He also found an additional problem, our electrical outlets are not up to code because the GFI circuit breaker was not functioning correctly.
