Overall experience was excellence. The painting installers were wonderful. We had an issue with the roofing installers not covering our flat roof and rain which did damage personal belongings. Dealing with that issue was slightly difficult until I found the right person to talk too, then they gave great follow up. Quality product. Would definitely use Avalon again

These guys were ABSOLUTELY fantastic! My husband and I own a flat roof home and we had roofing contractors come out to look at our roof and laugh. Irish's flat roof team is led by an experienced (I think he said 20 years) flat roof foreman, who really went above and beyond. We had a huge two day storm in the middle of our project and not only were these guys out DURING the storm to make sure it was holding, but also came out in the evening to reapply temporary metal that had fallen off in the storm. Absolutely awesome contractors. You would have thought it was their house with the amount of care and concern they exerted. We look forward to having Irish back out next summer to do other projects

The original installation went very well. They provided a good quote. The installers were very polite, courteous and did a very nice job. Unfortunately ever since the original roof install they have been very difficult to get back out for any service or new work. Each time required many calls before there was a response. Eventually they would come visit. Unfortunately this year, it got worse. Since early this summer we have been trying to get them to fix a leaking flashing and help us with a gutter and a new installation. Numerous calls finally resulted in a visit to take the information for a quote, but several months later we can still not get a call back. We have called the main office, left messages, called on cell phones. Most recently I left a message informing them that this was the last time or we would find a new roofer, but would really like a call back letting us know that they no longer desired to provide service and we got no call back again. It is really too bad, they are nice guys and did fine work, but with a roof you need to know they will come when you have a leak or a new project

I called Pine Creek Construction and spoke to Gordon, he was able to come out and give me an estimate the next day. The price was reasonable (flat roofs are always expensive to repair). We agreed on the price, with the exception that if any wood needed to be replaced after tearing off the old roof it would be an additional cost (standard practice). All the work was done while I was at work and was finished in 3 days. They did an amazing job, kept the site clean and was an all around pleasant experience. After the job was done he stopped by and answered any questions i had, went over what they did, and noticed a couple of minor things that needed attention and had them taken care of the next workable day

Went very well. The flat roof area had been "repaired " 2 yrs. ago, but the repair was not done correctly, as the flat rood sagged in the middle and water collected and leaked into the walls. The company that did the repair work has since gone out of business. Adam the roof guy did an excellent job, removed the failed flat roof repair, put heavyweight rubber sealing material down & sealed it, and actually reconfigured the roof so it slopes and doesn't collect water. That part of the job was about $1600. The plaster job turned out more complicated because when the old plaster was removed furry mold was found on the wall. Portions of the wood also were wet, and had to be removed/replaced. New drywall was put up over more than half of the wall, and the ceiling was repaired/ replastered. The work was done efficiently, professionally, and looks great. Jim (the drywall guy) was great, as was his boss Jim. I am very pleased with the work they did and would highly recommend them

It went very well. The owner came to our home and gave us two estimates. We have a flat roof and wanted to peak it but weren't sure if we could afford this. There were no surprises and everything went as planned and the invoice when the work was completed was exactly what was quoted. He made sure he was on the property especially when they began the known trouble areas. He called the minute he thought it might go up due to unexpected damage, but in the end he had the right materials so the cost remained the same. I was very happy with them and will probably call them to do work on our breezeway

Avalon was quick to get me scheduled and my new roof put on. The crew arrived bright in the morning. I had to leave for work, but my mother was home and kept me informed on what was happening. She told me that the crew got right to work. She never saw anyone standing around, and said there was one crew member strictly cleaning up. When I arrived home my new roof was basically completed. The crew did come back the next day, on a Saturday, to put on the finishing touches. Only concern was where they had to park the dumpster. I wish they would have asked where to park it as the placement was a little inconvenient to get out of my driveway. Otherwise, communication was great and I got exactly what I wanted, a great roof
