The appointment time was 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and he showed up at 12:30 p.m.! I was thrilled that he showed up early. The first 30 minutes is included in the trip charge and he fixed the A/C in under 20 minutes! He showed up on time (early even!), he was very professional and the A/C now works! The price was less than we expected, but it was an easy fix.

Brent and Case Visser did an outstanding job of installing our new furnace and central air conditioning system. They had serviced our old systems for a number of years finding creative ways to keep them running until we were able to buy our new one. They obtained the proper permits, removed the old and installed the new the same day. They left nothing behind for us to clean up. The new systems are work very well. There has been no need for them to return to make adjustments.

This company is so professional. Their quote for our new air conditioning unit was prompt & reasonable. The two other companies we spoke with did not return our calls promptly. Our central A/C died on us in the late afternoon in July, when it was projected to be a very hot weekend. Based on Angie's List recommendations & their coupon, I called Total Comfort Resource LLC. The woman on the phone took down my information and was very professional, this was around 6pm. By 6:30PM Rodney, who was on-call, called me and said he'd be over within 2 hours. By 7:45PM he was there, checking over my A/C which was not functioning at all. He diagnosed the problem (a couple of ear wigs stuck somewhere they didn't belong) and got things going again. He was professional and I certainly appreciated the response time very much given the weather forecast!

Recent Review: I called Tuesday morning April 30th regarding a non working air conditioner. The owner had one of his team come out immediately and I was up and running with cool air before noon that same day. They replaced the fuse and checked the air conditioner for any additional problems, which there were none. I will call them again in a heart beat. This is a company you can call for reliable, honest and quick service.

Recent Review: Jill was very courteous and professional on the phone. My AC went out on the hottest week of the year (isn't it funny how it always works that way) when I called them the following Monday they were out early the very next day! They got my air conditioner running again and had the parts needed to fix it on the truck for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend
