I thought the liner went very well last fall and the closing of the pool. I had talked to them about a salt system for next year and was told to contact them in the spring. just to make sure I went to the home show and talked to them about what I needed, but, we had some issues with getting in touch with each other. I made contact and was told someone would call me with the schedule and when I would be on it, well that never happened so I called again. Was told it wouldn't be until after the holidays and told them I wanted it before that I had been at the home show, I had called and was told I would be on the schedule, so after talking to the owner they felt they could do it. opened the pool, added the salt system, bought a Dolfin cleaner, and left. Well the heater was taken apart and left that way, the light in the pool now doesn't work, so i tried to contact them and wasn't getting any calls back, was always told the owner will call you back and never did. I sent an e-mail and told them I just wanted the work finished and the light working like it was before the new liner, that i had spent $6000 dollars with them and then I would leave them alone for good. Well they finally responded after that and came back and put things together ( 3 weeks later), and then I get a bill for $114 dollars, 95 for labor and the cost of a new bulb, which I can understand that, not the labor. If i owned the business and a customer spent $6000 I would see to it he was very satisfied, so overall it started out good but ended very bad.
