Grand Rapids Metal Stair Installation

John did a great job on our stairway which leads to our deck. This was a challenging job because the stairs tie in with the side of our house and a retaining wall. He had to contend with the erosion of the dune under the stairs. The wood for the stairs came in a light and a darker run. He made sure that the color of the wood was consistently placed on each stair. They look perfect! This is the second time John has done work for us. Very happy with his work.

He did a really good job and I thought the price was fair. He did other work for us a couple of years ago, so we were really pleased with him. We would recommend him to anybody.

everything went great from the time I called Mr handyman to completion. Dan S was punctual, professional, and cleaned up after each visit. the work he did was awesome. I will be doing the painting myself. everything is sanded smooth and ready for me. I will definately be using mr handyman and Dan S in the future, recommend him to my friends, and highly encourage you to do the same.

He did work for us in July. He has recently done work for my mom and I because we bought a house together. We had him for the whole day so they gave us a deal on the price. They are real easy to work with. The house we inherited was quite a disaster. I was only in Michigan for a short time and they were able to squeeze us in to get the work done. Mitch was his name. He was so nice and helpful. He did a good job.

They had to come back and do it over again. They ultimately met my standards, but they had to do it over again.

He was very punctional, did a beautiful job. We would definately have him do work for us again. We would recommend him to anyone and would gladly show our home as a reference of the work he does.

Excellent. We had a small bathroom and wanted to tile the shower. George Brown met with us, gave us some good ideas on making the room appear larger and he was able to start a week after we met because they were waiting on materials to arrive for a larger job. The workmanship was perfect. George and Kevin are very professional and very skilled. It was an upstairs bathroom and they even vacuumed the stairs when they were done. We waited a long time to have this room done and we are extremely pleased.

Randy did a great job. He did all the work we talked about and we added a few additional things as we went. He was punctual, professional and takes pride in his work. He asked questions when needed and finished on the schedule he gave us at the start. His many years of experience shows. We felt the cost was very fair for the work being done.

We were blessed to work with Dwight Jacobsen to remodel our full bathroom! Right from the estimate we felt comfortable working with Mr. Jacobsen. He was honest and upfront about what needed to be done, and I was most impressed with the way he compiled all the plans and the estimates into pretty long document. There were no details left out, we knew exactly what we were getting and paying for upon signing the contract. Initially the project was not going to start until later February, but he was able to fit the project in a month earlier! Mr. Jacobsen and all his crew arrived on-time everyday, and they were always kind and respectful. Even better, throughout the day they took time to bring me and my family into the work area to show the progress as they were working. At the end of the service day, you could barely tell they were there because the area was neat and clean. The renovation took about four weeks and we were beyond overjoyed with the results. We will be using Jacobsen Remodeling again for any additional services in the future, and we highly recommend them to our family and friends!

Matt did a great job of planning the job so that it was the least disruptive to our lives. Excellent quality craftsmanship, great design sense, good practical ideas for how to do the job right.
