After working with this company to select the appropriate materials and "recommended" installation of our new flooring, we scheduled the installation. The flooring was received and allowed to come to the required temperature and humidity (checked and postponed installation twice). Installation went well and the floor looked great. We controlled our temperature and humidity religiously to maintain the required conditions. Even so, within 1 - 2 months the floor began to shrink, enventally leaving gaps of 1 inch or more. We contacted Lumber Liquidators who were very slow to react and per their suggestion, we paid to have the floor relayed and left over boards used. The problem came back in a few weeks. After a long period of time, LLs finally sent someone to inspect. Of course the damage was done and their final report was the installation process, which was "recommended" by LLs was incorrect. They refuse to acknowledge any responsibility or respond to further inquiries (perhaps due to a class action lawsuit I found pertaining to this exact complaint). They cut us loose. I will never buy anything from them again and advise everyone I speak to not to do business with them.
